Jeffrey W. Lambert
is the principal of the law firm of Jeffrey W. Lambert, P.A., in Wayzata, Minnesota. He has more than 35 years of experience practicing in the areas of estate planning, probate, criminal defense and commercial real estate. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Lambert has taught estate planning and probate seminars, sharing his knowledge with others in the field. He also regularly deals with estate tax matters. Mr. Lambert is a member of the American Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, Wayzata Historical Society and Suburban Prosecutor's Association. He is one of the founding board members of the Wayzata Crime Prevention Coalition. Mr. Lambert earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota and his J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota.

Alexander C. Winkle
is a senior associate in the estates and trusts group at Henderson, Caverly & Pum LLP, where he assists clients in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and a variety of tax-related matters. He earned both his J.D. and LL.M. degrees in 2015, with honors, from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. During law school, Mr. Winkle clerked for the Internal Revenue Service and the Franchise Tax Board. He earned his B.A. degree in political science and his B.F.A. degree in film production from Chapman University, both with University Honors, cum laude. Prior to joining Henderson, Caverly & Pum LLP, Mr. Winkle was an associate attorney at Schwartz Law Group, Inc. from 2016-2021, where he designed, drafted and implemented comprehensive federal, state and international tax planning; estate planning; and business planning for businesses and individuals with a focus on control, growth, profitability, protection of assets and succession planning. He also represented clients in probate matters before the California Superior Court. Mr. Winkle is a certified specialist in both estate planning, trust and probate law, as well as taxation law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. He served on the board of several non-profit organizations including Habitat for Humanity Monterey Bay.

Jennifer M. McInerney
is an attorney with McInerney Law, where her practice is focused in estate planning, primarily for families with special needs children. She is licensed to practice in Alabama and Mississippi. Ms. McInerney is the founding member and co-president of the Board of Directors of Special Siblings, which provides support for children with special needs siblings. She currently serves as the president of the Board of Directors of the Jefferson County Intellectual and Developmental Disability Authority. Ms. McInerney is a member of the Board of Directors for Down Syndrome Alabama, Shelby Humane Society and 25:35. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, as well as her M.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Ms. McInerney earned her J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law and her LL.M. degree in taxation from Washington University in St. Louis.

George L. Goodridge
practices law in Massachusetts and Vermont, where for over two decades he has worked with clients in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and business law. He has represented clients in a variety of matters in state and federal courts involving will contests, actions to terminate and modify trusts, fiduciary litigation, guardianships and conservatorships. Mr. Goodridge works closely with estate planning clients to implement a comprehensive plan that meets the family's goals and advises fiduciaries about probate, estate taxes, trust funding and administration. He serves as counsel to nonprofit organizations and has a particular interest in working with land trusts and private landowners on land protection projects. Mr. Goodridge earned his B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, his J.D. degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law and his candidate for LL.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Vermont, U.S. Court for the District of Massachusetts, U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Christopher E. Denney
, MPA, MST, CPA, CGMA, ABV, CVA, CM & AA, CFF, CEPA, IFRS, is the managing member with Silvermark CPAs & Advisors, where he has more than 20 years of consulting experience. He has represented three Big 4 accounting firms, some in tax leadership roles, and a Fortune 500 Company as a tax officer. Mr. Denney's strengths are in identifying tax planning opportunities and areas of tax risk, and some of his tax research has been nationally published. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the ABV Section; Indiana CPA Society; National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts; and Ball State University Accounting Department Executive Advisory Council. Mr. Denney earned his B.S. degree in accounting from Ball State University and both of his M.S. degrees, in taxation and professional accountancy, from Indiana University.
