Bradley D. Honnold
is a partner with the Leawood law firm of Goza & Honnold, LLC, where his focus is on medical negligence, pharmaceutical, and medical device litigation. Mr. Honnold has spoken at various CLE events on medical negligence issues. He is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, The Missouri Bar, Kansas Bar Association and the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Honnold earned his B.B.A. degree from the University of Iowa and his J.D. degree from the University of Iowa College of Law.

Lena Daggs
is a partner with Cutt, Kendell & Olson. She represents injured victims in personal injury cases, including products liability, medical malpractice, catastrophic auto and trucking accidents, sexual assault, and premises liability cases. While at Cutt, Kendell & Olson, Ms. Daggs has obtained significant recoveries for her clients, including a $7.05 million medical malpractice jury verdict for the wrongful death of an 88 year old man in 2022. She has years of experience representing victims of medical malpractice, and knows the intricacies of successfully pursuing and resolving complex medical negligence cases, including brain injuries, medication overdose, surgical errors, and failures to diagnose, to name a few. Ms. Daggs is truly passionate about helping victims of negligence obtain justice. She prides herself on her approachability and empathy with clients. Ms. Daggs not only fights to obtain justice for them, but is also by their side, providing counsel and support every step of the way. She attended the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and graduated with high honors in 2011. Ms. Daggs was on the Utah Law Review, received the CALI Award for Constitutional Law and Federal Income Tax, and was a William Leary Scholar. She was also on the National Trial Advocacy Team, and competed at the regional competition in California. Ms. Daggs was also a Traynor Moot Court Semi-Finalist. Ms. Daggs is licensed to practice law in Utah, and is a member of the Utah Association for Justice as well as the American Association for Justice. She was the chair of the Utah Association for Justice Women’s Caucus in 2022, and is on the board of Women Lawyers of Utah.

is an advanced practice registered nurse and a board certified gerontological nurse practitioner through the American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC), who resides in Anderson, Indiana. Ms. Baxter has been a registered nurse for over 25 years and a nurse practitioner for 16 years. She is the owner of Baxter Professional Services, LLC, a consulting firm which provides legal nurse consulting services for attorneys and insurance professionals; wellness and chronic disease management coaching; and customized educational and operational resources to healthcare organizations. She provides a weekly Facebook live program on business and health topics. Ms. Baxter teaches stress management strategies to clients of all ages and offers virtual as well as online classes. She is listed as Best Lessons for 2019 and 2020 from Lessons.com. Ms. Baxter is the founder of The Nurse Shark Academy, where she coaches nurses to launch and scale their businesses. She is the host of The Nurse Shark Academy show, which interviews and spotlights nurse business owners and leaders in healthcare. Ms. Baxter is a mentor with the Pass the Torch Foundation, and completed the inaugural class of Advancing Indy Women with IUPUI and the Kelley School of Business in conjunction with Linking Indy Women. She is an evangelist and pastor at Church Upon the Rock Missionary Baptist Church in Anderson, Indiana where she serves as director of outreach, church nurse, choir member, and is on the pastoral staff. Ms. Baxter has a Master of Nursing in Nursing Education and a post-master's as a gerontological nurse practitioner from the University of Indianapolis, Indianapolis, Indiana.

Dr. Charles E. Rawlings
is an attorney at Rawlings Law Firm in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Prior to becoming an attorney, he was actively involved in medical malpractice litigation as a consultant, case reviewer, and expert witness for 25 years. Dr. Rawlings has served as a reviewer for more than 300 cases nationwide and provided both deposition and trial testimony in more than 75 cases. He has acted as a consultant to a number of attorneys and law firms in matters concerning trial preparation. The combination of his many years of experience in the medical field, extensive involvement in malpractice litigation as a consultant and expert witness, his official entry into the legal profession, and his significant litigation experience places Dr. Rawlings in a position to offer a wide range of services to his clients. He is a board-certified neurosurgeon and practiced neurosurgery in Winston-Salem, North Carolina from 1991 until he enrolled in law school. As a neurosurgeon, Dr. Rawlings is acquainted with and highly knowledgeable about cases involving traumatic brain injuries (TBI), spinal cord injury (SCI), birth accidents with neurological injuries, peripheral nerve injuries (PNI), spinal nerve damages, spine damage, brain tumors, strokes, and a multitude of other neurological conditions and symptoms.
