Meghan N. Hitch
is an attorney in the Voorhees office of the law firm of Archer & Greiner, P.C. She focuses her labor and employment practice on helping management-side clients with a broad range of matters, from daily counseling through litigation. Ms. Hitch earned a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and remains committed to the field of conflict avoidance, management, and resolution. This experience with ADR helps inform her approach to assist clients with an emphasis on goal setting and cost-benefit analysis. Ms. Hitch provides anti-harassment, discrimination and retaliation training for employees at all levels; and trains managers, human resource professionals, and compliance officers on conducting lawful and effective workplace investigations. She conducts internal employment investigations on behalf of her clients, makes recommendations to improve personnel management, and prepares employer responses to administrative charges and complaints, including those before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New Jersey Division of Civil Rights and Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. Ms. Hitch earned her B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. degree from New York Law School.

Kenneth A. Rosenberg
is a partner with Fox Rothschild LLP at their Morristown, New Jersey office. He practices labor and employment law, representing employers nationally in both union and nonunion contexts. Mr. Rosenberg works closely with business owners, human resource professionals and in-house counsel to ensure they are complying with the myriad of complex workplace-related rules mandated by federal and state law. He provides guidance on federal prevailing wage statutes and regulations including the Davis Bacon Act, Service Contract Act, Walsh-Healy Public Contracts Act and others. As head of the firm's AAP/OFCCP practice, Mr. Rosenberg assists federal, state and municipal contractors. For unionized employers, he represents his clients in collective bargaining, arbitration and unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission, and New York Public Employment Relations Board. Mr. Rosenberg also assists his clients in developing and implementing employee handbooks, personnel policies and procedures, and employment and severance agreements. He further provides day-to-day counseling and training to his clients in connection with all federal, state and local laws that impact the employment relationship including, but not limited to, disciplinary, leave and accommodation, wage and hour issues. Mr. Rosenberg aggressively defends his clients against claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation in federal/state court and administrative tribunals. He has served on the New Jersey State Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section Executive Committee since 2017. Mr. Rosenberg serves as editor emeritus for the bar association's New Jersey Labor and Employment Law Quarterly. He earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. degree from Albany Law School.

Tara L. Humma
is a partner with Rimon, P.C. where she focuses her practice on labor and employment matters. She has over a decade of experience representing public and private employers of all sizes in states across the country. Ms. Humma represents clients in all phases of employment litigation, from initial pleadings, discovery, and motion practice to trial preparation and appeals. Her experience includes a broad range of litigation matters including, but not limited to, claims brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) (including accessibility cases), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), breach of contract cases related to employment contracts, and restrictive covenants and various other state and federal employment laws. Ms. Humma represents employers in hearings before administrative agencies, arbitrators, and hearing officers appointed under contractual grievance procedures. She also regularly counsels employers in the application of various state and federal employment laws, civil service regulations, and collective bargaining agreements. Ms. Humma's counseling experience includes providing advice to clients related to issues under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), whistleblower laws, restrictive covenant laws and other state and federal employment laws. She frequently assists clients in drafting and reviewing internal policies and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with both state and federal law including providing advice to clients with multi-state operations. Ms. Humma frequently drafts employment, restrictive covenant, separation and severance agreements for clients. She conducts internal investigations for clients related to employee complaints. Ms. Humma also participates in due diligence related to employment issues in the context of mergers and acquisitions, and reviews deal documents for employment-related issues. She earned her B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Saint Joseph’s University and her J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law.

Christopher J. Kelly
is a partner with Rimon, P.C. He has extensive experience representing both public and private employers. Mr. Kelly regularly litigates complex employment matters, including discrimination, restrictive covenant, employee raiding/mobility, and employment-related trade secret matters in state and federal courts across the country. He also represents clients in state and federal wage and hour audits, conducts employment-related due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, assists clients in handling reductions in force, represents management in grievance arbitrations, conducts internal investigations, drafts uniform employment policies for employers on training, leave, and other requirements of multiple states, and drafts physician and executive compensation agreements. Mr. Kelly has significant trial experience and has handled appeals before the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Appellate Practice Committee and the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Courts of Appellate Jurisdiction. Prior to joining Rimon, Mr. Kelly was a partner with Cozen O'Connor, handling labor and employment matters. He also served as a Deputy Attorney General for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. Mr. Kelly was lead counsel representing state agencies and employees from pleadings through trial in complex employment discrimination litigation matters, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, CEPA, NJLAD, workplace violence, medical testing and employment-related tort and civil rights matters. He was a law clerk to the Hon. Serena Perretti, Hon. Philip M. Freedman, Hon. John A. McLaughlin and Hon. James Mulvihill in the Superior Court of New Jersey Civil Division. Mr. Kelly also has significant experience handling California employment matters, having practiced in Los Angeles for more than six years, initially as a sole practitioner and then as managing partner of a five-attorney firm. Both while in Los Angeles and currently, he handles California state and federal discrimination and California Labor Code litigations. Mr. Kelly earned his bachelor's degree from Pomona College and his law degree from Seton Hall Law School.

Ralph R. Smith, III
is a shareholder and co-chair of the labor and employment group of Capehart & Scatchard, P.A. He focuses his practice in employment litigation and preventative employment practices, including counseling employers on the creation of employment policies, non-compete and trade secret agreements, and training employers to avoid employment-related litigation. Mr. Smith represents both companies and individuals in related complex commercial litigation before federal state courts and administrative agencies in labor and employment cases; including race, gender, age, national origin, disability and workplace harassment and discrimination matters, wage-and-hour disputes, restrictive covenants, grievances, arbitrations, drug testing, and employment-related contract issues. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Temple University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Temple University School of Law. Mr. Smith is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

She serves as a trustee of the Burlington County Bar Association and founding member of the New Jersey Law Journal's Young Lawyers Advisory Board. Ms. Balne was selected for the New Jersey State Bar Association's Professional Achievement Award. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Ramapo College and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden.
