Sherry Bosse Lueders
is an associate in the Estate Planning and Probate group. Her law practice focuses on working with families and businesses to help them successfully navigate transitions. Ms. Lueders strives to demystify estate planning for her clients to help them make informed decisions in selecting fiduciaries and planning for their families' futures. She also advises clients in matters involving estate administration, probate, and trust administration. After graduating from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, Ms. Lueders worked as a law clerk/bailiff for King County Superior Court Judge Catherine Shaffer. While she has practiced in the areas of estate planning, probate, and business law for more than a decade, her background also includes representing women farmers in relation to claims against the U.S. Department of Agriculture, researching federal fishery management regulations, and serving as a student law clerk at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Before attending law school, Ms. Lueders worked as web production manager for the environmental news website, Grist.org. She enjoys sharing her experience as a practicing attorney and has presented at continuing legal education seminars for attorneys on topics that include legal ethics, client communications, probate, and estate planning. Ms. Lueders previously served as a board member of the Mother Attorneys Mentoring Association of Seattle, is a past chair of the King County Bar Association Solo and Small Practice Section, and is a past member of the Washington State Bar Association's Real Property, Probate & Trust Section's Executive Committee, where she served as the section's web editor.

Sarah L. Moen
is an attorney with Moen Law Offices, P.S. where she focuses her practice on fiduciary administrations and related litigation. She often receives appointments from the court to serve as a fiduciary in probate, conservatorship, and trust proceedings. Ms. Moen received her B.A. degree from the University of Washington, her J.D. from Whittier College School of Law, and her LL.M. (taxation) from Villanova University School of Law. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. She previously served as the KCBA Guardianship and Elder Law Section's chair, Seattle vice-chair, treasurer, and chair-elect. She is currently a member of the WSBA Client Protection Board and previously served on the WSBA Continuing Legal Education Committee from 2016 to 2019. Since 2018, Ms. Moen has served as a pro tempore Court Commissioner for the King County Superior Court. Ms. Moen has spoken at over two dozen CLE seminars and has authored several articles and publications on various fiduciary topics.

Richard B. Lumley
is a litigation attorney whose practice primarily focuses on representing businesses and individuals in commercial, trust and estate, real estate, environmental, and employment disputes. He has in-depth experience representing clients in state and federal court, as well as alternative dispute resolution venues. Mr. Lumley values client collaboration and enjoys formulating litigation strategies to effectively and efficiently achieve desired results. He creates practical solutions for clients that are sensible from a business and personal perspective. Mr. Lumley attended Northeastern University School of Law, where he was a public interest law scholar. Following law school, he was an honors fellow at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, D.C., focusing on federal ethics and political activities law. Mr. Lumley's legal experience also includes managing a federally funded program at Lutheran Community Services Northwest that assists immigrants in removal proceedings with navigating the complex immigration court system.

holds both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Montana School of Law, graduating in 2020. During law school, he developed a keen interest in the intersection of law, finance, and legacy - an interest that naturally led to a career in estate planning and probate practice. Since 2021, Mr. Hill has been actively engaged in advising clients on a range of complex matters, including estate planning, guardianship, trust administration, and probate litigation. His practice is rooted in a deep commitment to helping individuals and families preserve generational wealth and navigate transitions with clarity and confidence. Mr. Hill is currently enhancing his financial acumen by pursuing the FINRA Certified Estate and Trust Specialist (CES) designation, further deepening the value he brings to clients and colleagues alike. Known for his thoughtful approach and practical insight, he brings both legal precision and strategic foresight to the field of estate and trust law.

David B. Shotwell
earned his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law. Since 2005, David has owned and his operated his own practice in the areas of Elder Law, Probate, Wills/Estates & Trusts, Guardianships, Medicaid & Long-Term Care Planning, and all forms of Litigation arising out of those practices. He is a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education courses for Attorneys, Accountants, and Paralegals. In addition to operating his practice, David is the Program Director of the Paralegal program and a full time Paralegal Instructor at Spokane Community College in Spokane, Washington. is an attorney and principal of Douglas Eden, P.S. She practices in the areas of wills, trusts, wealth transfer (including charitable gifting), probate and tax. Ms. Kiepe earned her undergraduate degree and J.D. degree from Memphis State University, and her LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Miami. She is a long-time member of the Spokane Estate Planning Council and a member to the Spokane Chapter of Financial Planning Association. Ms. Kiepe is a member of the newly created Elder, Disability, Estate Planning Section of the Spokane County Bar Association.
