Jennifer S. Precise
Jennifer S. Precise is Associate General Counsel with EBSCO Industries, Inc. at the company's international headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama. Ms. Precise's practice centers around information technology contracts and includes reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex legal agreements for AI, SaaS, and other technology-related products and services necessary for the company's operation. Before joining EBSCO Industries, Inc., Ms. Precise was a member of the legal and contact management group at Regions Bank. Earlier in her legal tenure, she engaged in civil litigation practice in both Alabama and Mississippi, primarily in the area of insurance defense and achieved partner status in two law firms. Ms. Precise has lectured for legal professionals on a variety of topics including legal ethics, evidence, expert testimony, internet legal research, and drafting and negotiating business contracts. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Birmingham-Southern College and her J.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. Ms. Precise is currently a member in good standing of the Alabama State Bar.

Stephen G. Bresset
is a partner with Bresset & Santora, LLC, where he has practiced commercial and bankruptcy law and litigation throughout Pennsylvania and the region for more than 30 years. During his time in practice, Mr. Bresset has represented debtors in more than 50 Chapter 11 proceedings in Pennsylvania; as well as creditors, creditor committees, and trustees at virtually every level of bankruptcy proceedings, and debtors in more than 1,000 Chapter 7 proceedings. He is admitted to the state courts of Pennsylvania, the three U.S. District Courts in Pennsylvania, the three bankruptcy courts, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Bresset has always been an active member of his community and the bar associations of which he is a member. He has served as an office holder in the Wayne County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, as well as a committee chair in both associations. Mr. Bresset has been a featured speaker at numerous seminars throughout Pennsylvania in litigation, commercial law and bankruptcy law topics. He earned his B.A. degree from Temple University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Widener University School of Law.

Savannah J. Hoover
works as a part-time transactional attorney at Ahr Law Offices PC in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She has worked with entrepreneurs, cannabis professionals, tech startups, sports teams, and creatives to protect their businesses through effective business formation, collaborative contracting, strategic expansion, and thoughtful partnerships. Ms. Hoover graduated from the University of New Mexico with her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees and holds an interdisciplinary studies degree in outdoor adventure leadership and journalism. She is a member of the American Bar Association; Cannabis Law Section of the State Bar of New Mexico; Business Law Section of the State Bar of New Mexico; and Intellectual Property Section of the State Bar of New Mexico. During graduate school, Ms. Hoover explored the intersection of technology, business, law, and the creative economy and how to reduce barriers to those spaces for women and BIPOC communities. She holds her license to practice law in the states of New Mexico and Texas.

Lisa R. Aljian
is a sole practitioner with AljianLaw LLC. She is a seasoned business attorney in New Jersey and New York with a unique and varied practice covering all areas of business, entertainment, intellectual property, and employment. She evaluates, structures, negotiates and documents business transactions of all shapes and sizes, and serves as "outside" general counsel for long time clients. Ms. Aljian works with private, closely held and family businesses at every stage from startup, through operations, and including succession or sale. Ms. Aljian earned her B.A. degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and her J.D. degree from New York Law School.

Gary A. Zwick
is head of the tax and wealth management section of the law firm of Walter | Haverfield LLP, in Cleveland, Ohio, where he practices law primarily in the area of taxation with an emphasis in estate planning, qualified plans, mergers and acquisitions, general taxation, and family business consulting. He is a fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel, a certified public accountant and is board-certified in federal tax law by the Ohio State Bar Association. Mr. Zwick is listed in Best Lawyers in America, Ohio Super Lawyers and the Worth Magazine list of 100 top lawyers. He is a frequent speaker for various business and professional groups on a variety of issues related to taxation and estate planning. In addition, Mr. Zwick has written numerous articles and publications on tax issues. He co-wrote, Tax and Financial Planning for the Closely Held Family Business, American Law Institute-American Bar Association. Mr. Zwick also co-wrote, Transferring Interests in the Closely Held Family Business, American Law Institute-American Bar Association. In 2011, he was selected by the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland as the Estate Planner of the year. Mr. Zwick earned his B.B.A. degree from Kent State University; his J.D. degree from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law; and his LL.M. degree from Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (member, Tax Division); American Bar Association (member, Tax Section); the Cleveland Tax Club; Cleveland Estate Planning Council; and Cleveland Bar Association (member, Tax Section and Estate Planning Probate and Trust Law Section).
