David J. HagEstad
is an attorney with HagEstad Law Group, PLLC. He has experience in a variety of areas including professional liability, product liability, bad faith and insurance litigation, probate and estate planning, contracts, business formation, and real estate transactions. Mr. HagEstad earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Dallas Baptist University and later earned his J.D. degree from Texas A & M University, graduating number 12 in his class. He is currently licensed to practice law in the states of Montana, Arizona and Texas. Mr. HagEstad is also an active member of the Professional Liability Defense Federation (PLDF) and the Defense Research Institute (DRI).

Anne E. Wal
is a shareholder in the real estate, construction, banking, bankruptcy, and business restructuring sections of von Briesen & Roper, s.c. She represents privately and publicly held businesses, financial institutions, and governmental and quasi-governmental entities in construction, real estate, and commercial finance matters. Ms. Wal's real estate work covers all stages of commercial development, including acquisition; obtaining entitlements; negotiating development agreements, easements, or other documents memorializing property rights; negotiating design and construction contracts; and negotiating leases. She has an extensive background in banking as a former business banker, middle market commercial banking paralegal, and project manager for compliance issues at three of the largest banks in Milwaukee. While at Chase Bank (formerly Bank One), she was a member of a national project team formed to create new versions of middle market commercial loan documents. Ms. Wal's professional memberships include the American and Milwaukee bar associations, and the State Bar of Wisconsin.

James F. Freeman, III
is an attorney with Swanson Bernard, LLC where he practices in the areas of construction, land use, church, commercial litigation, business, contract, employment, probate litigation, appellate practice, transportation and corporate law. He is admitted to practice in Kansas and Missouri, and before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Claims, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Tenth circuits, and the U.S. District Court for the districts of Kansas and Missouri. Mr. Freeman is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan, Kansas and American bar associations, as well as The Missouri Bar. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.

Brian Fischer
is with THD Design Group, and has more than 30 years of experience in the survey field performing a variety of survey types for residential, municipal, commercial, industrial and government agency clients. He has experience in survey instrumentation and computer aided drafting (CAD) programs, as well as office and survey programs such as Trimble Office, Carlson and Civil 3D. Mr. Fischer's management experience includes overseeing drafting and field crews, as well as a branch office for an oil and gas services firm in southeast Texas. He holds professional land surveyors licenses in Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Mississippi, Kansas, Florida, Alabama, Kentucky, and Texas.

Paul J. LeBlanc, Jr.
is of counsel at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP. He focuses his practice on advising clients in real estate development and finance matters, including purchase and sale transactions, real estate development ventures, commercial leasing, and lending transactions. Earlier in his career, he spent several years exclusively representing lenders in real estate and non-real estate lending transactions, making him uniquely positioned to advise institutional and non-institutional lenders and borrowers in loan transactions. He also draws on his time spent as a litigation associate to analyze legal and client issues, anticipating potential problems before they arise. He earned his B.A degree from University of Texas at Austin and his J.D degree, magna cum laude, from University of Houston Law Center.

William J. Lewis
is a partner at Barnes & Thornburg LLP. He specializes in leasing, multifamily real estate, and real estate. Mr. Lewis regularly represents international Fortune 500 companies with their leasing needs as tenant and/or sub landlord, taking the time to understand each client's risk profile. He has represented corporate clients in Asia, Australia, Europe and the United States on deals ranging from 2,500 rentable square feet (RSF) to 700,000 RSF, totaling in excess of 6 million RSF. He has also handled numerous national and international headquarters leases for various large corporations. Mr. Lewis has assisted clients with acquisitions and dispositions of more than $1 billion in industrial, office and retail properties, many of which contained significant environmental issues, such as the sale of Superfund designated sites. He takes a team approach to completing purchase and sale transactions, so as to maintain cost efficiencies and maximize the overall benefit to his clients. Mr. Lewis received his B.S. degree from Marquette University, and his J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the state of Illinois.

Christopher P. Day
is an attorney at Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein, PC. He thrived in representing institutional and private lenders, business entrepreneurs, and investors of real estate. He has experience in drafting, planning and negotiating formation documents, including operating agreements/shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements, as well as helping clients with the many related issues which stem from such business partnerships. He additionally served as in-house counsel to an Atlanta-based real estate development and investment company, which has helped bolster his understanding of the practicalities of owning and managing a business to better serve his clients' needs. He prides himself on clear and regular communication with his clients to better comprehend the specific needs of their enterprise. He attended the University of Georgia where he received his Bachelor of Arts in economics in 2010. He then obtained his Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration in 2015 from Georgia State University.
