Jack "Trip" Smalley, III
is a partner at Long & Long in Mobile, Alabama. His practice focuses on all types of personal injury cases, with a special focus on trial work. Mr. Smalley is authorized to practice law in Alabama, Southern and Middle districts of Alabama, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, South Alabama Trial Lawyers Association and the Alabama Association for Justice. Mr. Smalley earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Tulane University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Mark A. Grilliot
is a partner at Boggs, Avellino, Lach & Boggs, LLC where he focuses on complex commercial litigation. He graduated from Southwestern Law School, where he volunteered at the Small Claims Clinic and the Mass Incarceration Awareness Law Society. He received the CALI award for the highest grade in Sales and Witkin for one of the top grades in Constitutional Law II. As a partner, Mr. Grilliot handles high-stakes litigation matters, representing insurance companies, transportation companies, and business entities in civil litigation. He also provides strategic counsel to employers on ADA compliance, risk management, contract negotiations, and corporate governance matters.
