She works with developers, investors, brokers, and property owners to close deals on the acquisition and sale of shopping centers, buildings, and agricultural land. Ms. Gambrall represents property managers, landlords, and tenants entering retail, office, industrial, and agricultural leases or amending current lease agreements. She also previously spent years working for her family owned and operated agribusiness wherein she gained industry knowledge of business operations and property management. Ms. Gambrall's unique perspective and understanding assists growers, farmers, and ranchers plan for continued success of their livelihoods and brings added value to help business owners achieve desired results. She earned her J.D. degree, with great distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Ms. Gambrall is admitted to practice in the state of California.

is an associate with Holtzman Vogel Baran Torchinsky & Josefiak PLLC where he focuses his practice on real estate matters, including purchase and sale transactions, leases, environmental law, and legal issues relating to land use, water use, and agriculture. He has experience negotiating, developing, and managing various types of land use projects, including shell mining operations, agricultural operations, solar farms, and communication tower projects. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Raban held the position of land and governmental affairs manager for one of the largest private landowners in Florida. In this role, he was responsible for all legal and regulatory compliance matters, as well as the management of land and water resources. Additionally, he also served as the vice president of a public water utility tasked with managing water assets and working with governmental agencies and local stakeholders on the development of alternative water supply projects aimed at providing additional water resources to meet the increasing demand for water in the state of Florida. Additionally, Mr. Raban previously practiced as a real estate attorney in Utah. He is currently admitted to practice in the state of Florida, and Washington DC.

is of counsel with the Chicago office of McKenna Storer where she has a long history directing, managing, and representing non-profit animal welfare organizations and humane societies. She also has a long history advising and representing individuals in animal rights/welfare matters. Ms. McGonigle's animal law practice includes representing individuals in veterinary malpractice actions, at administrative hearings, and in appeals from dangerous dog proceedings throughout Illinois; representing individuals in civil actions under the Humane Care for Animals Act; ownership disputes, Replevin actions, declaratory judgment actions, bailment or Innkeepers Act and Horse Shoer's Lien Act actions, as well as lecturing at speaking engagements. She has represented Illinois as the Illinois delegate at the International Animal Law Summits 2015-18. Ms. McGonigle serves as the chairperson of the Chicago Bar Association's Animal Law Committee and has taken an active role in drafting legislation to improve Illinois' Humane Care For Animals Act. Her equine and animal law experience goes beyond representing their owners in court disputes. Ms. McGonigle is also experienced in the unique needs of animal rescues. She was the executive director of the national non-profit organization, Hooved Animal Humane Society (HAHS), from 2011-2021, and represents other animal welfare 501(c)(3) organizations, such as Wright Way Rescue, on all business, corporate, and non-profit matters. As part of her role as executive director of HAHS, Ms. McGonigle, an Approved Humane and Equine Investigator herself, managed a team of over 25 Approved Humane Investigators, who investigated violations of the Humane Care for Animals Act, 510 ILCS 70/1, et seq. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of On Angels Wings Pet Rescue and is outside counsel to several animal rescues. Ms. McGonigle is the Administrative Law Judge for the Village of McCullom Lake, presiding over various types of ordinance violation cases. Her real estate practice includes representing buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Ms. McGonigle drafts, reviews, and negotiates commercial contracts, including leases, for her corporate clients. She handles agricultural law issues, as well as municipal issues for her land use and zoning clients. Ms. McGonigle earned her B.A. degree from Loyola University and her J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law.

He is admitted to practice in Washington, New York, Texas and Oregon. Mr. Kimball is an adjunct professor of law at Eotvos Lorand and Masaryk Universities in Europe, and has served as a law school guest lecturer at Seattle University School of Law. He is also engaged as an expert witness in superior court cases involving limited liability companies, governance, and other member issues. Mr. Kimball has been admitted to the Second Circuit Bar (New York, Connecticut and Vermont), Fifth Circuit Bar (Texas and Louisiana), and the Oregon State Bar. He earned his J.D. degree and LL.M. (taxation) degree from the University of Washington School of Law, and also holds an LL.M. degree in transnational commercial practice from Europe.
