Orlando Lucero
is vice-president/regional counsel for the FNF Family of Companies in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where his underwriting work includes complex commercial transactions, native lands transactions, and energy project deals in the company's southwest region. Before going into the title insurance business in 2003, Mr. Lucero was in private practice primarily focusing on real estate and business transactions. He is a frequent national and local lecturer and writer on numerous topics related to real estate transactions and title insurance. Mr. Lucero has served on the ABA Board of Governors and serves in the ABA House of Delegates. He also serves as chair of the ABA Council of the Fund for Justice and Education, and on the ABA Senior Lawyers Division Council and the ABA Committee on Scope and Correlation of Work. Mr. Lucero is a former president of the New Mexico Land Title Association and received the 2021 NMLTA Omer Tucker Citizen of the Year Award and the 2022 P.C. Templeton Award for Outstanding Lifetime Achievement. He is a member of the American College of Real Estate Attorneys (ACREL), where he serves on its Board of Governors, as chair of the Publications Committee and as secretary of the Title Insurance Committee. Mr. Lucero earned his A.B. degree from Stanford University and his J.D. degree from Stanford Law School.

Kristen McMurray
is the founder and principal attorney at McMurray Legal Group, LLC, where she focuses her practice on real estate law. She earned her undergraduate degrees from Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. degree from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School, where she graduated cum laude. Ms. McMurray has been sworn into the Superior Courts of Georgia as well as the Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of Georgia, and the US Northern District of Georgia Courts.

Christopher Huntley
is an attorney with Mulligan & Bjornnes PLLP, and has been practicing law since 2004 primarily in the areas of commercial real estate, commercial lending, and general business and corporate transactional work. He works with corporate and individual clients of all sizes on sophisticated real estate transactions involving assets in multiple jurisdictions. Mr. Huntley focuses his real estate practice on commercial, warehouse, office, and industrial leasing; and the acquisition, development and sale of both commercial and residential property. He also assists clients with obtaining the necessary zoning approvals and ensuring that they have proper authority to carry out various real estate transactions; drafting and negotiating easements, licenses, and other agreements affecting real estate; reviewing title and survey issues; and undertaking other types of real estate due diligence review In his finance practice Mr. Huntley has extensive experience drafting and negotiating multimillion-dollar loans on behalf of lenders, both large and small, including real estate and construction loans, asset-based financing and mezzanine finance transactions. He also represents a wide range of businesses and individuals in connection with corporate and entity selection, formation, maintenance, and governance issues; mergers and acquisitions of businesses and business assets; and the drafting and review of business contracts needed for the general operation of his clients' businesses. Mr. Huntley is a Minnesota State Bar Association certified real property law specialist. He is a member of the Minnesota State and Hennepin County bar associations Mr. Huntley earned his B.S. degree from the University of St. Thomas, his LL.M. degree in international commercial arbitration from Stockholm Unversity and his J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.

Mary Ann McField
is the owner of Mary Ann McField LLC. She specializes in real estate law, and wills and estates. Ms. McField has experience in the state and federal courts of New Jersey. She is admitted to practice in the state courts of New Jersey, District Courts of New Jersey, Southern and Eastern District courts of New York, and Fourth Circuit Court in Virginia, as well as the US Supreme Court. Ms. McField earned her J.D. degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

Stephen G. Bresset
is a partner with Bresset & Santora, LLC, where he has practiced commercial and bankruptcy law and litigation throughout Pennsylvania and the region for more than 30 years. During his time in practice, Mr. Bresset has represented debtors in more than 50 Chapter 11 proceedings in Pennsylvania; as well as creditors, creditor committees, and trustees at virtually every level of bankruptcy proceedings, and debtors in more than 1,000 Chapter 7 proceedings. He is admitted to the state courts of Pennsylvania, the three U.S. District Courts in Pennsylvania, the three bankruptcy courts, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Bresset has always been an active member of his community and the bar associations of which he is a member. He has served as an office holder in the Wayne County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, as well as a committee chair in both associations. Mr. Bresset has been a featured speaker at numerous seminars throughout Pennsylvania in litigation, commercial law and bankruptcy law topics. He earned his B.A. degree from Temple University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Widener University School of Law.

maintains a multi-disciplinary construction practice providing representation to owners, developers, and major corporations in all aspects and phases of construction and project development in the real estate industry. His practice provides an integrated "one-stop-shop" for a broad cross-section of public and private sector clients in due diligence, transactions, tenant buildouts, project oversight and management, regulatory compliance, disputes, litigation, and restructuring/bankruptcy matters.

Sebastian Jaramillo
is an Income Partner at Zumpano Patricios and a Board-Certified Specialist in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar. He concentrates his practice on complex real estate matters, including commercial and residential transactions, landlord-tenant disputes, and real estate litigation. With nearly two decades of experience, Mr. Jaramillo provides strategic counsel to developers, investors, landlords, and other stakeholders across the real estate industry. Before joining Zumpano Patricios, Mr. Jaramillo operated his own boutique real estate practice and went on to lead the real estate practice groups at several law firms. His diverse background enables him to guide clients through the full life cycle of real estate transactions and disputes with a practical, solutions-oriented approach. Mr. Jaramillo earned his B.A. in Economics, with honors, from Florida International University, his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama.
