James K. Weston, II
is a board-certified civil trial lawyer at Tom Riley Law Firm PLC, where he has practiced since graduating from law school in 1996. He practices in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, professional negligence/malpractice, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation. In addition to his trial practice, Mr. Weston regularly speaks to lawyers' groups on litigation and trial issues, insurance law and other subjects. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Iowa and his J.D. degree from Drake University School of Law.

Mark J. Favaloro
is the principal of Favaloro Law, originally established in Massachusetts before establishing his current Virginia Beach office. He brings 38 years of trial experience to the firm, having handled matters in the trial courts of the Commonwealths of Virginia and Massachusetts, as well as in the U.S. District Courts and Courts of Appeal in the First and Fourth circuits. Mr. Favaloro is a member of the Virgnia State Bar, Massachusetts Bar Association, American Judicature Society, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice (AAJ). He earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire, his J.D. degree from the New England Law/Boston and his LL.M. degree from the Boston University School of Law.

Kimberly Jones Penepacker
is a partner with Aulsbrook Law Firm, where she is a civil litigator practicing in the areas of personal injury, civil litigation, premises liability, and wrongful death. Ms. Jones Penepacker is admitted to practice in Texas; Fifth Circuit Court of the United States; U.S. District Court Northern, Eastern and Southern districts of Texas; U.S. District Court District of Colorado; U.S. District Court District of New Mexico; and U.S. District Court Western District of Oklahoma. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas; Texas Trial Lawyers Association; American Association for Justice; Texas Young Lawyers Association; Arlington Board Association (board member); Dallas Trial Lawyers Association; and Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association. Ms. Jones Penepacker earned her B.A. degree form Baylor University and her J.D. degree from Baylor University School of Law.

Rick C. Gikas
is a sole practitioner in Merrillville, Indiana, and Lake Station, Indiana where he has concentrated in the areas of Social Security, personal injury, workers' compensation, and estate law for more than 40 years. He is a member of the Lake County Bar Association, and serves as hearing officer for the Merrillville, Indiana Unsafe Building Authority. Mr. Gikas earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law where he also served as an adjunct professor.
