Bonnie L. Mackey
is a certified public accountant with the Florida office of Levin, Silvey, Zelko & Mackey, P.A., where her background includes all facets of accounting, including financial statement and tax preparation, as well as computer software and bookkeeping assistance. She is also a certified Quickbooks pro advisor. Ms. Mackey graduated from the University of South Florida with an extended B.S. degree in business administration and earned her MBA degree from Keller Graduate School of Devry University. In 2000, she earned her certified specialist in estate planning (CSEP) designation from the National Institute for Excellence in Professional Education, LLC, and in 2011 attained accredited estate planner status. Additionally, Ms. Mackey is an instructor for the Becker CPA Review course, an FICPA ethics course facilitator and a frequent lecturer on various topics. She is the past-president for the FICPA N. Dade S. Broward chapter, American Woman's Society of CPAs - S. Florida Affiliate, and the North Dade/South Broward Estate Planning Council, past treasurer for the Broward County Guardianship Association, National AWSCPA VP of Regions and on the Trust Advisory Board for MonarchCare, Inc., as well as its immediate past chair, in addition to the firm's other affiliations.

Michael G. Polis
is of counsel with Wilke Fleury. His practice focuses on Knox-Keene Act licensed health care service plans and insurance regulatory matters. In addition, Mr. Polis provides legal counsel to individuals and business entities on tax, bankruptcy and general corporate-related legal issues. He also teaches contract law and legal writing at U.C. Davis. Mr. Polis was an instructor at California State University, Sacramento, where he taught business ethics. He is a licensed CPA and a member of the State Bar of California, Sacramento County Bar Association and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Polis earned his B.A. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and his J.D. degree from the University of the Pacific-McGeorge School of Law.

CPA, MS, is a managing director in the Tax & Business Services Division at CBIZ Inc. With over 25 years of experience in public and private accounting, Ms. Scher has developed a stellar reputation for her ability to build strong relationships and apply her diverse experience, technical proficiency, and problem-solving skills across various industries including manufacturing, technology, cannabis, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and green energy. Ms. Scher specializes in tax consulting, compliance, transaction structuring, and representation, advising on tax minimization and deferral strategies for companies and their owners. She is skilled at identifying tax and credit incentive opportunities such as research & development, work opportunity, and investment tax credits. She also advises on tax ramifications prior to potential transactions and has successfully assisted clients in the abatement of IRS and state penalties. A recognized expert in the cannabis industry, Ms. Scher supports companies with technology solutions, tax planning, and relationship building within the sector. She actively shares her knowledge through frequent speaking engagements and teaches classes on tax, technical, and professional ethics for continuing education to CPAs. Ms. Scher serves on the Board of the Long Island Capital Alliance (LICA) and the Executive Finance Committee of the Tesla Science Center. She previously served as a director on the Board of the Nassau Chapter of the New York State Society of CPAs. Ms. Scher holds a B.S. degree in accounting and an M.S. degree in taxation from the State University of New York at Albany. Hubert Klein
is a partner with Eisner Advisory Group LLC. He specializes in providing litigation support, forensic accounting and business valuation services. Mr. Klein also has experience in providing traditional accounting services such as financial statement and tax return preparation, financial analysis, and consulting services for closely held businesses. In addition to being a certified public accountant, he earned his accredited in business valuation (ABV) and certified in financial forensics (CFF) designations from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Mr. Klein also received his credentials as a certified valuation analyst (CVA) from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and as a certified fraud examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). With more than 20 years of experience, he is frequently called upon as a technical resource in various litigation actions. Mr. Klein has consulted and provided services in matters including complex business valuations, due diligence analysis, fraud investigations, matrimonial proceedings, damage assessments, lost profit calculations, shareholder disputes, insurance claims analysis, succession planning, and estate and gift planning. In addition, he has served as an agreed upon neutral expert and as an expert witness appointed by judges in the above types of matters and to issue reports for the courts on these cases. Mr. Klein also has been appointed by various courts to serve as a receiver and court's independent forensic auditor in various civil litigation matters. He frequently speaks to groups on topics such as business valuation, financial issues related to matrimonial disputes, forensic accounting techniques, identity theft, internal control procedures and succession planning. Mr. Klein earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Johnson & Wales University, as well as his Associate of Science degree. Steve Manekin
CPA, is a managing director for Vallit Advisors, LLC, bringing over three decades of experience as a nationally recognized law firm consultant. He has worked with firms of all sizes, helping them optimize performance, improve profitability, and navigate complex business challenges. Mr. Manekin's expertise includes profitability analysis, law firm finance, governance, compensation systems, succession planning, and more. Before joining Vallit Advisors, he was a partner at Ellin & Tucker, where he co-founded the firm’s consulting practice, specializing in accounting, tax, and advisory services for law firms. As a managing director based in the Baltimore (Timonium) office, Mr. Manekin will continue serving law firms across the Eastern U.S., complementing Vallit’s expertise in dispute resolution, business valuation, and forensic accounting. He received his accounting certificate from University of Baltimore and B.A. degree from University of Maryland.

Lydia E. Lawless
has an outstanding and well-earned reputation for handling high-profile cases in both the trial and appellate courts. She counsels lawyers and law firms in a range of matters and transactions, including compliance with professional responsibility and legal ethics, and risk management including legal malpractice, partnership and corporate structuring, merger transactions and separations, law firm management, fee disputes, conflicts and disqualification issues, confidentiality, and privilege. Ms. Lawless also serves as an expert witness and represents lawyers, law firms and other professionals in the defense of professional liability claims. With extensive experience conducting sensitive investigations involving a variety of subjects and transactions, Ms. Lawless represents commercial clients in corporate investigations and high-stakes business disputes. Before joining the firm, Ms. Lawless served as Maryland Bar Counsel. She was the youngest person and the first woman to be appointed to the role. During her tenure with the Attorney Grievance Commission, she earned a reputation as one of Maryland's finest trial and appellate lawyers. As the AGC's chief investigator and administrative prosecutor, Ms. Lawless has worked on numerous high-profile cases and argued more than 35 cases before the Supreme Court of Maryland. Ms. Lawless is an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law where she teaches legal profession and serves on the Board of Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service. Ms. Lawless also served as a leader of the Equity and Ethics transition team for Maryland Attorney General Anthony G. Brown. She is a frequent lecturer for state and local bar associations and government agencies. In 2017, Ms. Lawless was recognized by the American Bar Association with the prestigious Rosner and Rosner Young Lawyers Professionalism Award for her commitment to legal and judicial ethics, lawyer professionalism, and client protection.

Harold C. Moeller
has worked in public sector procurement and contract management for the past 25 years. He recently retired from his role as program administrator (procurement) with Rutgers University Health Care, where he managed a series of 50 ancillary services contracts valued at $170 million annually in support of the University's agreements to provide medical, mental health and dental services to inmates and residents of the state's correctional facilities. Mr. Moeller's continuing private practice of law at Law Office of Harold Moeller includes gaining access to electronic medical records to review petitions for guardianships. He earned his M.P.A. degree from California State University at Long Beach and his J.D. degree from City University of New York School of Law. Mr. Moeller is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York, and holds certification as a Certified Professional Contract Manager (Lifetime) from the National Contract Management Association. He has taught procurement and contract management courses as an adjunct faculty member in the M.P.A. programs at Troy University, Old Dominion University and Rutgers-Newark.
