is a sole practitioner in Palos Heights, Illinois, where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, family law and complex litigation. He is a former adjunct professor at John Marshall Law School. In 1991, Mr. Kezelis was the first American professor invited to teach in Lithuania after the collapse of the Soviet Union. He has spoken for various professional groups on topics related to his areas of practice. Mr. Kezelis earned his B.A. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School. He is a member of the Chicago (member, Professional Responsibility, Civil Practice and Judicial Evaluation committees), Illinois State and Lithuanian American (former president) bar associations, as well as the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.

She is a highly respected corporate council, legal consultant, and a leader in corporate social responsibility (CSR) development. Ms. Nyambuya brings 25 years of cross-sector experience as a lawyer and policy advisor for Fortune 500 corporations, social entrepreneurs/social enterprises, start-ups, international development agencies, and foreign governments. She is the principal of Virgil, LLC a corporate social responsibility advisory firm, and a certified mediator and FINRA arbitrator. As a partner in CMC Healthcare Consulting LLC., Ms. Nyambuya supports agency clients as they navigate the start-up and recurring regulatory audits necessary to own and operate successful patient-centered home healthcare and long-term care agencies. Prior to her work at CZL P.C., she was a managing partner at Ebony Law, and the Director of Experiential Learning and Professional Development at the Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Ms. Nyambuya has served as faculty at Northwestern University in international and area studies teaching CSR and International Development; and at Loyola University School of Law instructing Professional Identity Formation. She earned her J.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Law and her A.B. degree with distinction, from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

She is engaged in virtually every aspect of labor and employment law practice and has represented employers, employees, and unions in litigation, contract negotiations, arbitrations, and mediations. Ms. Ettingoff is a Rule 31 general civil mediator, family mediator, and mediator trainer, CPR mediator, FINRA mediator, and is listed on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee Mediator/Dispute Resolution Panel. She is a past chair of the Tennessee Bar Association ADR Section, immediate past president of the Tennessee Association of Professional Mediators and member of the Mid-South Community and Justice Center board. Ms. Ettingoff is a member of the American Bar Association (ADR, Labor and Employment Law, and Civil Rights and Social Justice Sections), and served as a case reviewer for the FLSA, FLMA, or workers' compensation subsections' 2018/2019, 2019/2020, 2021/2022 midwinter publications. Ms. Ettingoff earned her J.D. degree from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.

Yes, the more people you bring from your organization, the more you save. After the first registration, each additional attendee receives a special discount off of their total tuition.
