Christopher L. Hering
is a member of Gammage & Burnham, PLC. He focuses his practice in commercial litigation and construction law. Mr. Hering is an experienced first-chair trial lawyer, appellate advocate, and valuable business partner for clients facing complex legal challenges. He has consistently been ranked among the top litigators and construction lawyers in Arizona by multiple publications. Mr. Hering's litigation experience spans a wide variety of matters and industries, including construction, cannabis, real estate, creditors' rights, municipal and public entity law, and health care. He efficiently and cost-effectively advocates for clients at all levels of the judiciary, including the Arizona Supreme Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court. As a construction lawyer, Mr. Hering handles a wide array of matters, including professional licensing, contract drafting and negotiation, public bidding and procurement, transaction privilege tax, and litigation. is a partner in the Phoenix law firm of Cheifetz Iannitelli Marcolini, P.C., where he practices in the areas of construction and construction defect litigation and claims, commercial litigation, and creditors' rights. Mr. Iannitelli previously has spoken for various professional groups on his areas of practice. He earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from Arizona State University. Mr. Iannitelli is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association and the State Bar of Arizona (member, Construction Section).

is a partner at Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod Waterfall LLP. He practices in the firm's surety and construction litigation section where he devotes a substantial portion of his practice providing legal advice and representation to owners, contractors, sureties and other members of the construction industry. He also serves as corporate counsel to numerous small businesses, assisting them with various types of legal matters including business operations, contract questions and commercial litigation. He earned his B.S. degree magna cum laude from Arizona State University and his J.D degree cum laude from Arizona State University College of Law.
