Sonya Murphy
has served as an attorney advisor at the U.S. Small Business Administration - Office of Disaster Assistance and as a contract advisor for the Internal Revenue Service. She presently maintains a solo transactional practice, which focuses on business law and estate planning. Ms. Murphy earned her bachelor's degree from Tennessee Tech University - College of Business and her J.D. degree from Charlotte School of Law, where she obtained a Leadership Excellence Certification. She is admitted to practice law in Tennessee.

DeEtte L. Loeffler
is the founder of Thoughtful Legal Planning, which opened in May of 2022. She was previously a partner at Miller, Monson, Peshel, Polacek & Hoshaw in San Diego, and prior to that practiced in the large law firms of Procopio, and Gray Cary. DeEtte received her BA in English from the University of Washington, her law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, cum laude, and her LL.M in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law, summa cum laude. She was admitted to practice in California in 1989. Ms. Loeffler's practice includes tax and estate planning, trust administration, charitable planning, and business. She provides tax planning to minimize a variety of taxes for her clients, including real property, income, gift, estate and generation-skipping taxes. She also works with small business owners, forming and maintaining real estate and other entities, and advising them on tax issues. Ms. Loeffler is the former Chair of the Tax section of the San Diego County Bar Association and currently runs an estate planning group called Essential Planning for Aging. She is a current member of the following professional organizations: Tax, and Trusts and Estates Sections of the California Lawyers Association; Tax, Trusts & Estates, and Elder Law Sections of the San Diego County Bar Association; North County Estate Planning Council; Estate Planning Council of San Diego, Essential Planning for Aging, group leader; Small Business Council of America, Rady Children's Hospital Trusts and Estates Council, and ProVisors.

George L. Goodridge
practices law in Massachusetts and Vermont, where for over two decades he has worked with clients in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and business law. He has represented clients in a variety of matters in state and federal courts involving will contests, actions to terminate and modify trusts, fiduciary litigation, guardianships and conservatorships. Mr. Goodridge works closely with estate planning clients to implement a comprehensive plan that meets the family's goals and advises fiduciaries about probate, estate taxes, trust funding and administration. He serves as counsel to nonprofit organizations and has a particular interest in working with land trusts and private landowners on land protection projects. Mr. Goodridge earned his B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, his J.D. degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law and his candidate for LL.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Vermont, U.S. Court for the District of Massachusetts, U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Michael C. Norvell
graduated from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin School of Law in 1976 and was admitted to The Florida Bar in November of 1976. Prior to entering law school, he served in the US Army from 1965-1967 where he was part of the Army Engineer Field Unit of the Ethiopia - U.S. Mapping Mission. This mission was the last ground mapping of an entire country ever undertaken. Mr. Norvell's practice has transitioned to late life issues, such a guardianship, Medicaid planning, trust and probate administration, and litigation. He has been working in the area for over 40 years and has two practices in the Leesburg area, with one office dedicated to the sole practice of Medicaid planning. Mr. Norvell is a member of the University of Florida President's Council.

Zachary W. Derr
is the founder and managing member of Foxhall Legal, LC. As an elder law attorney, he is accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs and a certified Medicaid planner. During law school, Mr. Derr worked for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice. He served on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Skills Board and was vice president of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. Mr. Derr is licensed to practice in Utah and before the U.S. District Court of Utah. He is a member of the Utah State Bar. Mr. Derr earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Jay Newbery
is of counsel with the Topeka law firm of Stevens & Brand L.L.P., practicing in the areas of non-profit, business, probate, trust law, tax and estate planning. He earned a B.A. degree in economics from the University of Missouri Kansas City and his J.D. degree from Washburn University School of Law with a Tax Law Certificate. Prior to achieving his J.D. degree, Mr. Newbery worked in the field of commercial lending in the Kansas City metropolitan area working with local businesses in a number of industries and of all sizes.

Jennifer Antonini
is an attorney with the Law Offices of Jennifer Antonini, Ltd. in Toledo. She focuses her practice on estate planning, trust administration, wills and probate. Ms. Antonini's main goal with any estate plan is to avoid the expense of probate court. She also works with families who are facing a nursing home stay for a spouse or parent and assists with navigating the world of Medicaid. Ms. Antonini has also helped clients start their business and advises them on the necessary documentation for a successful startup. She earned her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and her J.D. degree from the University of Toledo Law School. Ms. Antonini is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Toledo Bar Association, currently serving on the Toledo Bar Association's nominating committee.
