is Sr. Legal Counsel - Employment Law with Crocs. She provides advice and counsel on a wide range of employment law topics. Ms. Farr is an active community volunteer, volunteer moot court judge, frequent speaker on employment law topics, and writer. She graduated from Northwestern University and earned her J.D. degree from The University of Michigan Law School.

Christopher C. Russell
is a partner in the law firm of Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP. He practices in the fields of labor and employment, and workers' compensation, representing various companies before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Mr. Russell has been certified as one of the state of Ohio's first specialists in the field of workers' compensation by the Ohio State Bar Association. A substantial portion of his practice also involves labor arbitrations, employment litigation, and workplace safety issues. Mr. Russell is a member of the Ohio State, Columbus and American bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Kenyon College and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Law.

is an attorney at Andrews Myers, P.C. As a board-certified labor and employment attorney, he regularly advises clients on various labor and employment issues such as discrimination, trade secrets, non-competes, non-solicits, unfair labor practice charges, FMLA leave, benefits policies, employment manuals and policies, wage and hour laws, employment contracts, workers' compensation, WARN Act, OSHA, and more. Mr. Chitale routinely drafts employment manuals, employee wage and hour classification policies, employment contracts, severance agreements, bonus agreements and more, in a manner that best protects his clients' interests. A significant portion of his practice involves dealing with government agencies such as the EEOC, Department of Labor, NLRB, DHS, OSHA and even the IRS.
