Lora N. Williams
is sole owner of Williams Law Office, PC near Greensburg, Indiana, where her primary focus is estate and business planning. She also maintains a creditor collections practice in central Indiana. Ms. Williams is a frequent presenter for National Business Institute, and has previously taught business law courses at Indiana Wesleyan University and Butler University. She earned her B.A. degree from Purdue University, her J.D. degree from Syracuse University and her Master in Public Administration Degree from Syracuse University. Ms. Williams is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Decatur County Bar Association and the Kentucky State Bar Association, and she is admitted to practice law in both Indiana and Kentucky.

Kathleen R. Urbom
is a sole practitioner with Urbom Law Offices Chartered in Topeka, where she has a civil practice including estate planning and probate, guardian and conservatorships, trust formation, including special needs trusts, and special education law. Ms. Urbom has spoken previously on special education law, landlord tenant law, and end of life planning; including business succession, wills and trusts, and guardian conservatorships. She has spoken several times on the subject of the working knowledge of taxes as it impacts consideration of formation of various estate documents. Ms. Urbom is a member of the Kansas and Topeka bar associations, Women's Attorneys Association of Topeka, and Jenny Mitchell Kellogg Circle. She earned her B.S. degree from St. Mary of the Plains College and her J.D. degree from Washburn University of Topeka.

Daniel Del Collo, III
is the owner of The Law Office of Daniel Del Collo III, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and elder law, including the drafting of wills, trusts and special needs, guardianships, Medicaid planning, powers of attorneys, and advanced medical directives. His elder law clients also call upon him to handle personal injury, real estate and business law matters. Mr. Del Collo also provides counsel to individuals and families with loved ones suffering from varying types and degrees of dementia such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Huntington's and other neurological diseases. He earned his B.A. degree from Haverford College and his J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden.
