Brian D. O'Keefe
is the founding partner of Lippitt O'Keefe, PLLC, along with Norman L. Lippitt. He supervises the firm's transactional, real estate, business, and personal planning departments. During his more than 35 years as an attorney, Mr. O'Keefe has represented local, regional, and national entities in general business and corporate matters, including formations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions and dissolution. He has been distinguished with the highest ranking of AV by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. Mr. O'Keefe is outside general counsel to Realcomp II, Ltd, the largest real estate multi-listing service in the State of Michigan. Over the course of his career, he has been legal counsel in transactions with a cumulative value in excess of $1 billion. Mr. O'Keefe received his B.A.degree, cum laude from Michigan State University and his J.D. degree from Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (Real Property Law, Business Law, and Taxation sections), Oakland County Bar Association, and American Bar Association (Business Law, Real Estate, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law sections). Mr. O'Keefe is admitted to practice law in Michigan and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western districts of Michigan and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

is a realtor and owner of Spinella Group located in Campbell, California. He has served as a professional in the real estate industry over the past 20 years. Mr. Spinella holds the following certifications: Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®); certified real estate probate specialist; certified expert buyers agent; certified expert listing agent; and commercial sales expert.

Robert E. McPeak
is a partner/director at Fennemore, where he concentrates his practice on real estate, real estate finance, and energy project development and finance. His comprehensive real estate practice covers all aspects of property acquisition, financing, development, management, leasing, and sales. Mr. McPeak earned his A.B. degree, with distinction, from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law. For nearly eight years, he served as the general counsel, on a pro bono basis, for Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada (LACSN). While Mr. McPeak no longer serves as the organization's general counsel, he continues to lend his legal skills to support LACSN's Vegas Strong Resiliency Center which has grown into The Resiliency & Justice Center. He is admitted to practice law in Nevada.

is an attorney at HCW, LLP specializing in real estate, business law, estate planning, and civil litigation, including personal injury and contract enforcement. He earned his B.S. degree in justice and law administration from Western Connecticut State University and his J.D. degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law. Mr. Glouzgal is an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and New York.

Brian Gormley
is an attorney at the Law Office of Brian Gormley LLC. He has extensive real estate experience, representing clients in multifamily housing transactions, DC TOPA cases (Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act), foreclosure defense and short sales, and as a title attorney and a real estate broker. Mr. Gormley also has an active probate and estate planning practice. He is admitted to practice law in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

Spencer E. Krebs
is an attorney with Tucker Ellis LLP. He focuses his practice on construction law, complex commercial and business litigation, and community association law. Mr. Krebs represents construction industry clients, including owners, condominium and homeowners’ associations, contractors, suppliers, architects and engineers, and design professionals. His litigation practice includes representing clients at trial and in arbitrations, mediations, and appeals involving a wide range of construction and real estate matters related to construction defect or delay claims, design negligence, contractual disputes, insurance coverage issues, and payment disputes. On the transactional side, Mr. Krebs provides advice and counsel on a variety of issues, including construction contracts, design agreements, leases, and other contract documents. Experienced in all aspects of disputes concerning business transactions and relationships, from pre-litigation counseling to appellate advocacy, he has successfully resolved lawsuits involving breach of contract claims, business torts, shareholder disputes, and insurance coverage. Mr. Krebs also works closely with companies ranging from start-ups and family businesses to multinational corporations to obtain achievable goals that consider both business and legal interests. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan, Norman S. Minor and Ohio State bar associations. Mr. Krebs earned his B.A. degree from Notre Dame College and his J.D. degree from Charlotte School of Law and Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
