Ralph R. Smith, III
is a shareholder and co-chair of the labor and employment group of Capehart & Scatchard, P.A. He focuses his practice in employment litigation and preventative employment practices, including counseling employers on the creation of employment policies, non-compete and trade secret agreements, and training employers to avoid employment-related litigation. Mr. Smith represents both companies and individuals in related complex commercial litigation before federal state courts and administrative agencies in labor and employment cases; including race, gender, age, national origin, disability and workplace harassment and discrimination matters, wage-and-hour disputes, restrictive covenants, grievances, arbitrations, drug testing, and employment-related contract issues. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Temple University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Temple University School of Law. Mr. Smith is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Peter L. Frattarelli
is a partner with Archer & Greiner P.C., where he is chair of the labor and employment department. He regularly represents management and employers in labor and employment litigation and proceedings. Mr. Frattarelli is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, including an executive committee position with the Labor and Employment Law Section; Delaware State Bar Association; American Bar Association; Camden County (New Jersey) Bar Association; barrister, Sidney Reitman Labor and Employment Law Inns of Court; and Justinian Society (Italian-American attorneys organization). He is admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey; and before the U.S. Supreme Court, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court (Delaware, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and District of New Jersey). Mr. Frattarelli earned his B.S. degree from Drexel University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Widener University School of Law.

John A. Adams
is the founder of the John Adams Law Firm LLC. He concentrates his practice representing New Jersey and Pennsylvania businesses, employer associations and construction contractors in labor law, employment law, construction law, corporate/business law, and litigation before federal and state courts; as well as various federal and state agencies such as OSHA, MSHA, DOT, EEOC, PHRC, NJDCR, and DOL. Mr. Adams is a member of the bar of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the state bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and numerous federal district courts. He was the primary author of the 2006 Pennsylvania Mechanics' Lien Law Amendments, which substantially changed and modernized the Pennsylvania Mechanics' Lien Law. Mr. Adams earned his B.S. degree from the United States Military Academy West Point and his J.D. degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

Kyra G. Bradley
is an attorney in the Voorhees, New Jersey office of Archer & Greiner, P.C. She assists employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including issues, such as employee discipline and termination, reasonable accommodations, leave entitlements, wage and hour issues, and human resource policies and handbooks. Ms. Bradley conducts internal employment investigations on behalf of clients, makes recommendations, and prepares employer responses to administrative charges, including charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She also assists in defending employers in cases alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), among others. Ms. Bradley earned her B.A. degree from Villanova University, her M.S. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. degree from Villanova University.
