Speaker bio
Kyle Y. Faget
is a Boston-based partner and a health care and life sciences lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Ms. Faget advises investors, academic medical centers, physician practices, and consultants on a range of business, legal, and regulatory issues affecting the telemedicine industry. She helps companies build and refine corporate compliance programs, including advising clients on regulatory and compliance matters involving the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FDCA), the False Claims Act (FCA), the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), the AdvaMed Code, and the PhRMA Code. She regularly drafts and negotiates agreements required for the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical and medical device products, including licensing agreements, collaboration agreements, clinical trial agreements, and an array of service agreements. Ms. Faget is the co-chair of the Health Care & Life Sciences Sector's Medical Devices Area of Focus and the former co-chair of Foley's Health Care Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, she held in-house positions at pre-commercial and commercial stage companies. Ms. Faget is admitted to practice in the state of Massachusetts.

Scott T. Heller
is a partner at Dughi, Hewit & Domalewski, PC. He is a certified civil trial attorney who has successfully defended many doctors, nurses, other healthcare providers and hospitals. Mr. Heller earned his B.A. degree from Susquehanna University and his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. He has published and lectured for health care providers and attorneys and is a member of the New Jersey and Morris County Bar Associations. Mr. Heller is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.

Chase M. Gruszka
is a partner at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where he focuses his practice in general civil litigation, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation. He also handles products liability and subrogation. With a proven ability to manage sophisticated matters before administrative agencies, state courts and federal courts, Mr. Gruszka collaborates with clients to manage risk and obtain results. He handles matters from pre-litigation through verdict, and has significant bench and jury trial experience. While in law school, Mr. Gruszka was a member of the Center for Trial Advocacy & Dispute Resolution Honors Council. For excellence in advocacy and dispute resolution, he was one of eight students selected for the Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Honors Board. Mr. Gruszka is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel and Illinois State Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Loras College and his J.D. degree from The John Marshall Law School.

is an attorney at The Bowling Law Firm, APLC. She is an attorney with over 15 years of experience in the civil litigation of medical malpractice, pharmacy errors, premises liability, personal injury and general liability matters. Ms. Jani is admitted to practice before all state courts in Louisiana, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Louisiana. She earned her bachelor's degree in political science from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and her J.D. degree from the Tulane University Law School in New Orleans. Ms. Jani is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association.
