While in law school, he worked in the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, providing free tax preparation to low-income individuals. Mr. Vincent is admitted to practice law in Utah, Oregon, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, United States District Court, District of Utah, and United States Tax Court.
