Tina Nielsen Amodeo
runs the Law Office of Tina Nielsen Amodeo, LLC, a boutique firm established in 1997 and located in Mullica Hill, New Jersey and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The firm's primary focus is on commercial and residential real estate and business transactions, as well as civil litigation related to interests in real property, i.e. landlord-tenant, tax sale foreclosures, tax appeals, debtor-creditor disputes, judgment clearance. Previously in addition to her practice, Ms. Amodeo served as the managing attorney at New Jersey Legal Review, Inc. from 1995 until 2003; and as the licensed individual banker for the nationwide mortgage company, James B. Nutter & Company, Inc. from 1997 to 2003; and again from 2007 through 2009. Admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York, she has represented some of the largest independent nationwide title agencies and lenders in title clearance, issuing title opinions, conducting refinance and purchase closings, REOs and quiet title actions. While providing services to nationwide companies, Ms. Amodeo continues to handle matters for private clients in matters ranging from FSBO transactions to estate matters. She earned her B.A. degree from Rutgers University, Camden and her J.D. degree from Delaware Law School.
