Andrew L. Crabtree
is the principal of the Law Offices of Andrew L. Crabtree, P.C., where his firm focuses on transactional and litigated real estate, landlord-tenant, construction and general commercial business matters. He has a broad background in residential condominium development and sales in commercial leasing; and represents commercial owners, developers, purchasers and tenants, including a national franchise chain in commercial leasing and landlord and tenant matters. Mr. Crabtree represents businesses and individuals in federal and state trial courts, as well as in arbitrations and before administrative tribunals involving commercial disputes, constitutional claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, business torts, unfair competition, employment claims, trade secrets and intellectual property cases. He also represents contractors, owners, developers, design professionals, municipalities and state agencies relating to public and private construction and development projects, mechanics' liens, commercial lease disputes and landlord-tenant matters. Mr. Crabtree is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and Suffolk County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. degree from Fordham University Law School.

Hugh D. Brown
is a shareholder at Fabyanske, Westra, Hart & Thomson, P.A. He represents contractors, subcontractors and owners in construction disputes in federal and state court, and in arbitration. Mr. Brown is experienced in bond and mechanics' lien claims and in the drafting and negotiating of construction and design contracts. He also advises participants in the construction industry in regulatory issues. Mr. Brown has been named to the Minnesota Super Lawyers' Rising Star's list every year since 2014, former chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Construction Law Section Council. He is also a contributing editor to the American Bar Association Construction Law Forum's preeminent construction-related journal, the Construction Lawyer. Mr. Brown earned his B.A. degree from Carleton College and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School.

John-Patrick Curran
is of principal at Sive, Paget & Riesel, PC. His practice focuses on environmental and construction law, representing residential, commercial and industrial real property owners, operators and developers, construction managers, contractors, design professionals and lenders. Mr. Curran guides clients in navigating complex issues relating to real estate acquisition and development, construction, property management, risk management and management of environmental conditions at facilities throughout the United States. As a construction attorney, he employs his skills as a draftsman and negotiator specializing in design, design-build, construction and procurement contracts. Mr. Curran also counsels clients on property acquisition, development and construction related business issues, such as pricing, avoidance and allocation of risk, scheduling, project delivery methods, insurance and bonding. With a strong knowledge and understanding of the entire design and construction process, he provides guidance from the earliest stages of project planning through final completion and occupancy, including the avoidance and/or resolution of related disputes, such as design and construction defects, property damage and neighboring property owner disputes, project delays and cost escalations. Mr. Curran earned his J.D. degree, with honors, from St. John's University School of Law.
