He also advises participants in the construction industry in regulatory issues. Mr. Brown has been named to the Minnesota Super Lawyers' Rising Star's list every year since 2014,  former chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Construction Law Section Council. He is also a contributing editor to the American Bar Association Construction Law Forum's preeminent construction-related journal, the Construction Lawyer. Mr. Brown earned his B.A. degree from Carleton College and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School.

Mr. Curran guides clients in navigating complex issues relating to real estate acquisition and development, construction, property management, risk management and management of environmental conditions at facilities throughout the United States. As a construction attorney, he employs his skills as a draftsman and negotiator specializing in design, design-build, construction and procurement contracts. Mr. Curran also counsels clients on property acquisition, development and construction related business issues, such as pricing, avoidance and allocation of risk, scheduling, project delivery methods, insurance and bonding.
