Jamie Weese
is the founding attorney of Weese Law Firm, located in Kansas City, Missouri. She graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law, with an emphasis in tax law. While a law student, Ms. Weese clerked at firms where she assisted with a wide variety of legal issues including estate planning, small business creation, bankruptcy, general litigation and foreclosures, and where it quickly became evident that estate planning and small business creation were her passions. She is admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas, and is also a member of the The Missouri Bar and Kansas Bar Association.

Anne Hamilton Curry
is an attorney with Mallor Grodner LLP. She is a board-certified Indiana estate and trust lawyer, as certified by the Trust and Estate Specialty Board of the Indiana State Bar Association. Ms. Curry has extensive experience representing clients in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and estate and trust litigation. She also practices in the area of non-profit formation and income, estate, fiduciary income taxation, as well as special needs planning and guardianships for individuals with disabilities to enhance the quality of life for those affected by disability and provide peace of mind for families that the needs of their loved one will be met. She is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the immediate past co-chair of the Trust and Estate Specialty Board and is a member of the Probate Code Review Committee of the Indiana State Bar Association. Ms. Curry earned her undergraduate degree from Wheaton College and her J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law.

is an attorney with Londonderry Law, where she practices in the areas of tax law, estate planning, tax research, tax preparation and business planning. Ms. Hilton earned her LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University, her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts/Lowell and her J.D. degree from Boston College Law School. She is currently admitted in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Mark D. Kimball
is the founding shareholder of MDK Law, a firm emphasizing corporate, commercial and property law, and consulting in matters involving federal and international taxation. He is admitted to practice in Washington, New York, Texas and Oregon. Mr. Kimball is an adjunct professor of law at Eotvos Lorand and Masaryk Universities in Europe, and has served as a law school guest lecturer at Seattle University School of Law. He is also engaged as an expert witness in superior court cases involving limited liability companies, governance, and other member issues. Mr. Kimball has been admitted to the Second Circuit Bar (New York, Connecticut and Vermont), Fifth Circuit Bar (Texas and Louisiana), and the Oregon State Bar. He earned his J.D. degree and LL.M. (taxation) degree from the University of Washington School of Law, and also holds an LL.M. degree in transnational commercial practice from Europe.
