Joel Glaser
is the principal of Joel Glaser APC in the Los Angeles, Newport Beach and San Diego offices. His practice includes employment and business litigation. Mr. Glaser has extensive experience in employment practices liability, including defending whistleblower, wrongful termination, harassment, race, age, disability, and gender discrimination and retaliation cases. He has also defended wage and hour class actions and single plaintiff cases. Additionally, Mr. Glaser has counseled employees and employers on employment-related matters such as applications and hiring, sexual harassment policies and training, employment handbooks, internal investigations, compliance issues, employee discipline issues, severance agreements and termination issues. He has represented clients in both state and federal court, and before the California Labor Board, Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Unemployment Appeals Board. Mr. Glaser is a member of the State Bar of California; and the Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Diego County bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from University of California, Santa Barbara; and his J.D. degree from Southwestern University School of Law - where he was on Law Review. Mr. Glaser is licensed to practice law in California.

Mark Brechbill
is the founder of Mark Brechbill, PLLC, a large CPA firm providing auditing, consulting and accounting services to small to mid-sized businesses on the Treasure Coast. He is also the founder of MB Wealth Solutions, LLC, a financial and business consulting firm focusing on generational business strategies and complicated tax and estate planning issues. Mr. Brechbill concentrates most of his time in the firm's business and tax consulting practice, assisting with business formation and organization, purchases and sales, and reorganizations. He also sponsors and hosts a series of call-in radio programs entitled "Treasure Coast Solutions" that answers listeners' questions pertaining to condos and HOAs, non-profit activities, City of Stuart issues, and international, national and statewide economic policies and their impact on individuals and businesses locally. Mr. Brechbill earned his Bachelor of Business degree in accounting from Western Illinois University, is licensed as a CPA in Florida, and is a member of the FICPA and AICPA.

Eduardo V. Martinez
is in self-practice with a primary focus in mediation, as well as contractual and business law, which he also teaches. He retired as a Captain from the U.S. Navy after 30 years and still consults on matters of national security. Dr. Martinez is currently on staff at Angelo State University, where he teaches Intelligence and Security Studies. He is also on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Homeland and National Security Perspectives. Dr. Martinez has written articles involving transportation security and maritime cyberterrorism. He is a former special assistant attorney general for the state of Mississippi, and admitted to all Mississippi state and federal courts, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Court of Military Appeals, U.S. Court of International Trade, and U.S. Supreme Court. Dr. Martinez earned his B.A. degree in government from the University of Texas, his M.A. degree in legal studies from Antioch University, his M.S.S. degree from the U.S. Army War College and his J.D. degree from the Mississippi College School of Law.

Farnoosh Faryabi
is an attorney with Forsberg & Umlauf, P.S., where she focuses her practice in the areas of contract law, health law and business litigation. Ms. Faryabi is admitted to practice in Washington and California. She earned her B.S. and B.A. degrees from the University of Washington, her J.D. degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and her LL.M. degree in health law from the University of Washington.

Pamela M. Kapsimalis
is a partner with the law firm of Inglesino Taylor, and a member of the firms real estate and business law practice groups. She specializes in transactional matters, concentrating in corporate, commercial real estate, commercial lending, leasing, franchising and general business transactions. Ms. Kapsimalis has extensive experience in representing companies of all sizes, including retailers, not-for-profits and for-profit entities, restaurants, manufacturers, wholesalers, warehouses, and boutique exercise brands, from the inception of the business transaction through the management and/or sale or dissolution of business operations. She was previously a principal and chair of the business law department of a large New Jersey firm, and also served as general counsel to a national and international storage and shipping company. Ms. Kapsimalis is admitted to practice law in New Jersey. She earned her B.A. degree form Middlebury College and her J.D. degree form Seton hall University School of Law.
