Elizabeth A. Ingold
is a partner in the law firm of Rupp Pfalzgraf LLC, where she counsels families and individuals in all stages of life to achieve lifetime and testamentary goals. Ms. Ingold excels in tailoring sophisticated estate plans to conserve and transfer wealth, and to preserve businesses, real estate and other assets. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, New York State Bar Association, Erie County Bar Association and the Financial Counselors of Western New York. Ms. Ingold earned her B.A. degree from State University of New York at Geneseo and her J.D. degree, with a concentration in estate planning, from Albany Law School.

Amy McIntyre
is an associate with Rubin and Rudman LLP in Boston. She is a member of the firm's trust and estate department and elder law practice group. Ms. McIntyre concentrates on asset restructuring and Medicaid eligibility. She earned her J.D. degree from Western New England Law School in May of 2024. Ms. McIntyre served as a junior staff member on the Western New England Law Review for Volume 45, and served as the online content editor for Volume 46. She is a student member of the Massachusetts chapter of National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Ms. McIntyre earned her bachelor's degree in legal studies from Becker College and her master's degree in managerial leadership from Worcester State University.

Ronald Fatoullah
is the chair of the firm's Elder Law Practice Group and is a partner of the firm's Trusts and Estates Practice Group at the law firm of Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP. He practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning, Medicaid planning, trusts, wills, guardianships, and estate administration. Mr. Fatoullah is the past president of the New York Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He also serves on the executive committee of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section of the New York State Bar Association; served on the executive council of AARP New York; and served as the chair of the Board of the Alzheimer's Association Long Island Chapter for ten years. Mr. Fatoullah is a fellow of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his J.D. degree from St. John's University School of Law.

Daniel Del Collo, III
is the owner of The Law Office of Daniel Del Collo III, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and elder law, including the drafting of wills, trusts and special needs, guardianships, Medicaid planning, powers of attorneys, and advanced medical directives. His elder law clients also call upon him to handle personal injury, real estate and business law matters. Mr. Del Collo also provides counsel to individuals and families with loved ones suffering from varying types and degrees of dementia such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Huntington's and other neurological diseases. He earned his B.A. degree from Haverford College and his J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden.
