Brian Fischer
is with THD Design Group, and has more than 30 years of experience in the survey field performing a variety of survey types for residential, municipal, commercial, industrial and government agency clients. He has experience in survey instrumentation and computer aided drafting (CAD) programs, as well as office and survey programs such as Trimble Office, Carlson and Civil 3D. Mr. Fischer's management experience includes overseeing drafting and field crews, as well as a branch office for an oil and gas services firm in southeast Texas. He holds professional land surveyors licenses in Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Mississippi, Kansas, Florida, Alabama, Kentucky, and Texas.

Roy Viola Jr.
is a partner at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP. As a first-chair trial lawyer for more than 25 years, he has tried 35 jury trials across the country. Mr. Viola handles all aspects of litigation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including toxic tort, asbestos, talcum powder, contaminated food, environmental, and construction defect cases. He has also been involved in the opioid litigation, representing wholesale pharmaceutical distributors in both state and federal courts. Mr. Viola also litigates commercial, D&O, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) cases. He actively participates in all areas of discovery, including depositions, motions, and strategy development. Mr. Viola frequently is local counsel in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for various firm clients, regularly appearing in court for motions, hearings, and trials. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from East Stroudsburg University and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law.

Janet M. Howe
is an attorney at Holland & Hart, where she focuses her practice on litigation, water rights, and insurance recovery. She represents clients of all sizes and industries across Arizona and throughout the United States. Ms. Howe brings a deep commitment to understanding the law, coupled with professionalism, reliability, and perseverance to achieve the best outcomes for her clients. Her background includes work as a business and accounting manager in both the construction and education sectors, providing her with valuable insight into the challenges and priorities of those industries. Before earning her J.D. degree from the University of Arizona, Ms. Howe obtained a B.A. degree in history and anthropology from Juniata College and a master's degree in global leadership and sustainable development from Hawaii Pacific University. Her path to law was shaped by her experiences traveling the country with her military spouse, raising a family, and exploring new challenges-from managing financial operations to paddling outrigger canoes. Ms. Howe is admitted to practice in Arizona.

David C. Swedelson
is one of California's leading community association attorneys and a founding partner of Swedelson Gottlieb. He is also the firm partner in charge of content for its widely-viewed HOA Law Blog, the best resource for the latest news and information affecting California common interest developments. Mr. Swedelson started practicing law in 1978, representing clients in complex business litigation matters. He began representing and providing legal counsel to community associations after serving on the board of directors of his first condominium association in the early 1980s. Mr. Swedelson has served on the Board of Directors of four different community associations that he has lived in, and has utilized this experience as a board member to develop his unique ability to better understand how to work with the volunteer board members who lead his association clients. In addition to providing corporate and general legal counsel to his association boards and their managing agents, he also oversees the litigation team at Swedelson Gottlieb. Mr. Swedelson has litigated hundreds of lawsuits ranging from architectural violations, pet issues, hard surface flooring disputes, discrimination and fair housing complaints, assessment collection, contractor and vendor contract disputes, and construction defects, all providing an example of the numerous areas of his litigation experience. He is also the firm's lead trial attorney and has had many successful jury and non-jury trial results for his community association clients. Mr. Swedelson is admitted to practice in California.
