Joanne L. Parise
is an attorney at Williams, Coulson, Johnson, Lloyd, Parker. She has experience representing clients in estate planning, Orphans' Court litigation, business, and real estate matters as well as civil litigation matters involving commercial disputes, real estate, and various torts. Ms. Parise is active in the Allegheny County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. Through the Young Lawyers Division, she serves as a coordinator of the Wills for Heroes program in Allegheny County which provides basic estate planning services to first responders and military veterans free of charge. Ms. Parise also served on the Young Lawyers Division Council and as a co-chair of the Young Lawyers Division Diversity Committee and completed the Bar Leadership Initiative program. She earned her B.A. degree from Point Park University and her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law.

Okyeame Haley
is an attorney with his own private practice, Haley Law Practice L.L.C. He practices in the areas of trust and estate planning, and business formation. Mr. Haley is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, ElderCounsel, and WealthCounsel. He earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Xavier University of Louisiana, his J.D. degree from Howard University School of Law and his LL.M. degree from Washington University School of Law. Mr. Haley was chief deputy clerk for the Louisiana Supreme Court, research attorney on the U.S. House of Representatives Banking and Finance Committee, and a law clerk for Orleans Parish Civil District Court Judge Angelique Reed. He is also a retired law clerk for Louisiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Bernette Joshua Johnson. Mr. Haley is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and recently completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Entrepreneurship program.

Peter A. Moustakis
is founder and managing member of Sowerby & Moustakis Law, PLLC. He practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning, wills, trusts, Medicaid issues, small business law, LLC formation, and all matters related to firearms in trust administration. Mr. Moustakis is also an adjunct professor at Merrimack College. He has contributed to two family law publications, and written a book called Estate Planning and the Modern Family: Old School Meets New School. Mr. Moustakis is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and is President of the New Hampshire Chapter of NAELA (National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys). He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Mr. Moustakis earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts, Boston and his J.D. degree from New England Law, Boston.

Lisa A. Casey Labelle
is a partner at Vacovec, Mayotte & Singer, LLP where she concentrates her practice on estate planning services for a diverse client base ranging from young families executing an estate plan for the first time to high net-worth individuals. The latter routinely includes more complex planning strategies, such as generation-skipping trusts, spousal trusts, life insurance trusts, and annual gift trusts (commonly called "Crummey" trusts). Ms. Labelle also prepares gift tax returns to ensure adequate reporting to the IRS of such gifting strategies. She also provides trust and estate administration services, including the preparation of estate tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, and trust and estate accountings. In her prior capacity as a professional trustee for a group of family trusts benefiting multiple generations, Ms. Labelle frequently dealt with questions of proper trust administration and the income and gift tax consequences arising from trustee actions. Her experience in preparing tax returns allows her to apply her knowledge of the Internal Revenue Service Code and Treasury Regulations to her clients' real-world scenarios yielding. the most favorable outcomes for them. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, Florida and New York. Ms. Labelle earned her B.A. degree from Dartmouth College, her J.D. degree from Cornell Law School and her LL.M. degree in taxation from Boston University School of Law.

David F. Johnson
is the managing shareholder of Winstead PC, where his practice focuses on trust, estate, and closely held business disputes. A frequent writer and speaker, Mr. Johnson is known around the state as a thought leader in the fiduciary area. His award-winning blog, The Fiduciary Litigator, features recent case law, legislative changes, and other precedent that impacts fiduciaries in Texas. Mr. Johnson received the JD Supra 2020 Readers' Choice Award for Wealth Management, which was his third year in a row for such an award. He was also named a "Go-To Thought Leader" in fiduciary litigation by the National Law Review in 2020. Mr. Johnson's experience in trust and estate disputes includes will contests, elder abuse, mental competency, undue influence, trust modification/reformation/clarification, breach of fiduciary duty and related claims. He also handles matters involving trust decanting, trust severance and joinder, account disputes, power of attorney disputes, suits for judicial instruction and discharges, heirship proceedings, suits to remove a fiduciary, and accountings. Additionally, Mr. Johnson has a transactional practice for trust departments in providing legal opinions on the construction of trust documents, documenting release and consent agreements, resignations, successor appointments, modification of trusts, trust mergers and trust severances. He earned his B.B.A. degree in accounting from Baylor University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Baylor School of Law.
