Neubia L. Harris
is the founder and principal attorney of The Law Office of Neubia L. Harris, PLLC, a Raleigh-based civil rights law firm she established in 2018. Her practice focuses on education law and civil rights, representing students with disabilities, students of color, and military-connected students, as well as students and educators facing discrimination based on protected-class status. Ms. Harris has extensive civil litigation experience and has practiced before the North Carolina Office of Administrative Hearings, North Carolina state courts, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina. She earned her B.A. in Communication Studies from UNC Greensboro and her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. Ms. Harris is active member and leader in the North Carolina Bar Association and Wake County Bar Association, and regularly volunteers with Legal Aid of North Carolina in furtherance of access to justice. Ms. Harris is married to Michael, and they have 2.5 lovely children (a son, a daughter, and a Cavapoo). While she picks up a new hobby on a regular basis, her static hobbies include singing, reading, and experiencing different cultures.

Amy E. Goodson
Amy E. Goodson is the owner of Amy Goodson Co., LLC, in Cleveland, Ohio. Her firm focuses its practices exclusively in the area of charter school law. Ms. Goodson represents nearly 100 boards of directors for community/charter schools throughout Ohio and Iowa. She prides herself in providing comprehensive legal services to boards, handling complex matters with knowledge, resourcefulness, and efficiency. Ms. Goodson is committed to providing not only reliable, high-quality legal advice, but sincere engagement in the board's leadership responsibilities. She is admitted to practice law in Ohio, Florida, Iowa. Ms. Goodson has more than 20 years of experience in community/charter school law, along with a background as an educator at the elementary, middle school and college levels, and a former board of education member herself.

Dana A. Jonson
is a dedicated civil rights attorney based in Connecticut. As a special education attorney, her private practice is devoted to championing the civil and legal rights of children with disabilities; advocating for them in every step of the special education process, from IEP meetings to potential litigation in state or federal court. In addition to her legal work, Ms. Jonson hosts the podcast " Special Ed on Special Ed," where she and other special education experts discuss vital topics that inform and empower special education parents. She conducts workshops for parents and educators alike, equipping them with the knowledge to understand their rights and responsibilities within the special education legal sphere. Ms. Jonson is admitted to the Connecticut Bar Association, Federal Bar and the U.S. Supreme Court.
