Eric A. Feldhake
is a shareholder with the law firm of Kulzer & DiPadova, P.C., where his areas of practice include estate and tax planning, administration, litigation, and real estate and business transactions. He is licensed to practice in the state of New Jersey, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, U.S. Tax Court and U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Feldhake is also a member of the American, New Jersey State, Camden County, Burlington County and Cape May County bar associations. He is an adjunct instructor of legal and financial aspects of entrepreneurship at Rowan University, and was an instructor of taxation at the Judge Advocate General Corps' LL.M. Graduate Program. He is a retired officer in the U.S. Army and Naval Reserves, and Pennsylvania and Indiana National Guards, where he served for 32 years. Mr. Feldhake earned his B.S. degree from Indiana University, his M.B.A. degree from the Temple University Fox School of Business, and his J.D. degree and LL.M. degree in taxation from Temple University School of Law.

David Gabor
is a partner with The Wagner Law Group where he focuses his practice in human resources consulting; which includes drafting policies, negotiation of contracts, training employees, representing employers during audits, and overseeing ADA compliance for websites. Mr. Gabor handles litigation in federal and state courts and at arbitrations in issues arising out of the employer-employee relationship. He also maintains an appellate practice. Mr. Gabor is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the New York State and Massachusetts bar associations, Northeast Human Resources Association, Society for Human Resource Management, and Labor and Employment Law Committee. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Centre.

Eric Lanter
is counsel with Offit Kurman, Attorneys At Law in the firm's commercial litigation practice group. As a zealous attorney dedicated to his clients, he frequently represents clients in civil litigation involving claims of breach of contract, negligence, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, conversion, and tortious interference. Mr. Lanter earned his B.S. degree from the University of Cincinnati and his J.D. degree from St. John's University School of Law. He is a member of the New York City Bar Association, Commercial Law and Uniform State Laws Committee. Mr. Lanter is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern districts of New York, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Thomas H. Peyton
is an attorney with Clyde & Co US LLP, where his practice focuses on advising insurance carriers on a variety of coverage issues; including construction-related claims and losses, commercial property losses, general liability, issues of multiple-year trigger and allocation, additional insured status, contractual indemnity, and extra-contractual liability. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from The University of Memphis and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. Mr. Peyton is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association.

Ellen T. Mathews
is a partner with Burr & Forman LLP's general commercial litigation and intellectual property groups. She represents institutional clients and individuals in a broad range of litigation matters, including contract disputes between businesses, disputes between franchisors and franchisees, financial services matters involving retail banks, credit card companies, and mortgage originators or servicers, disputes relating to distributorship, manufacturing, license, and warranty agreements, and operating agreement and shareholder disputes. Ms. Mathews also regularly represents clients in intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters. Her patent experience involves a wide variety of technologies, such as devices for remotely communicating with and controlling electronic apparatuses, programmable light timers, work gear and tools, medical devices, and sporting goods and equipment. Ms. Mathew's trademark and copyright practice focuses primarily on the food and beverage, retail clothing, and music industries. Her intellectual property practice also extends to patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution, maintaining intellectual property portfolios, policing intellectual property rights, and assisting in franchise due diligence. Ms. Mathews is licensed to practice law in Alabama, Florida and North Carolina. She has represented clients in federal district courts in Alabama, California, Florida, New York, North Carolina and Texas. Ms. Mathews also represents clients in USPTO and US Copyright Office matters. She has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® for her commercial litigation practice since 2023.

is the founding member of Gatehouse Law, where he focuses his practice on the legal needs of entrepreneurs, business law, and complex transactions, such as business formations; business transactions; raising capital for businesses; complex business negotiations; national and international intellectual property management, property disputes and expansion of business; mergers and acquisitions; and preventative law business consulting. Mr. Andrews is admitted to practice in Alabama and Georgia. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Andrews earned his B.A. degree from Birmingham-Southern College and his J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law.
