Mark Brechbill
is the founder of Mark Brechbill, PLLC, a large CPA firm providing auditing, consulting and accounting services to small to mid-sized businesses on the Treasure Coast. He is also the founder of MB Wealth Solutions, LLC, a financial and business consulting firm focusing on generational business strategies and complicated tax and estate planning issues. Mr. Brechbill concentrates most of his time in the firm's business and tax consulting practice, assisting with business formation and organization, purchases and sales, and reorganizations. He also sponsors and hosts a series of call-in radio programs entitled "Treasure Coast Solutions" that answers listeners' questions pertaining to condos and HOAs, non-profit activities, City of Stuart issues, and international, national and statewide economic policies and their impact on individuals and businesses locally. Mr. Brechbill earned his Bachelor of Business degree in accounting from Western Illinois University, is licensed as a CPA in Florida, and is a member of the FICPA and AICPA.

Keith A. Krauss
is a partner with Genvoa Burns, LLC in Newark, where he focuses his practice in the areas of business law and commercial transactions, construction law and litigation, alcohol and regulated products law and intellectual property law. He is a member of the American Bar Association (Business Law Section), New Jersey State Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Mr. Krauss earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Assumption College and his J.D. degree, from Rutgers University School of Law.

Trev E. Peterson
is a partner with Knudsen Law Firm. He has more than 40 years of experience in the commercial and real estate lending, real estate, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and commercial litigation practice areas. Mr. Peterson has represented lenders in cases under Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13 of the bankruptcy code. He is a frequent speaker at seminars involving lending, bankruptcy and foreclosure. Mr. Peterson is a member of the American, Nebraska State, and Lincoln bar associations; and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He is a fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and Litigation Counsel of America, as well as a past president of the Banking Law Section and Bankruptcy Section of the Nebraska State Bar Association. Mr. Peterson earned his B.A. degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and his J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law.

Gregory H. Teufel
is the founder and managing member of the Pittsburgh law firm OGC Law, LLC. He focuses his practice on outside general counsel work and commercial litigation. Mr. Teufel's broad base of experience includes drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements on a regular basis that frequently include indemnification, competition, and confidentiality provisions of various types. He frequently handles breach of contract litigation matters as well. Mr. Teufel is a member of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania bar associations and The West Virginia State Bar. He earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Kings College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School.
