Moss M. Sidell
is the attorney with the Sidell Law Offices, P.A. in Boca Raton, Florida. Mr. Sidell is a real estate attorney focused on assisting clients in real estate matters. His clients vary from large corporations like Wal-Mart, to smaller family owned businesses who need counsel in real estate acquisition, foreclosures, financing, land use and landlord-tenant practices. Aside from working at Sidell Law Offices, Mr. Sidell has been a real estate developer, owned a construction company and is a real estate broker in Massachusetts. Mr. Sidell earned his B.S. degree from Boston College and his J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School. He is licensed in Florida, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Joseph Kovecses
is a shareholder at Lowndes in the firm's Orlando office, where he represents property owners, developers, and businesses in land use, zoning, code enforcement, and complex commercial litigation matters throughout Florida. He guides clients through all phases of the development process, from due diligence and entitlement strategy to public hearings and final approvals, and frequently appears before county and municipal boards advocating for comprehensive plan amendments, rezonings, and development orders. Drawing on more than a decade of litigation experience, Mr. Kovecses crafts strategic, defensible solutions in administrative proceedings and state and federal courts, including matters arising under Florida's Community Planning Act, and is recognized in Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and before the U.S. District courts for the Middle, Northern and Southern districts of Florida. Mr. Kovecses earned his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his B.S. degree in biology from the University of Central Florida.

Sidney C. Calloway
is a partner at Shutts & Bowen LLP and serves as managing partner of the firm's Fort Lauderdale office. He is co-chair of its Government Law Practice Group, where he focuses on complex, high-exposure commercial litigation, land use and zoning, local government law, eminent domain, and corporate governance matters. A Florida Bar board certified specialist in civil trial law, Mr. Calloway has served as lead counsel in more than 140 complex jury trials in state and federal courts involving real estate, employment and civil rights claims, and other significant business disputes, and he regularly advises private sector clients and public agencies on risk management, compliance, and governmental affairs. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and the District of Columbia; before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit; and the U.S. District courts for the Southern and Middle districts of Florida. Mr. Calloway earned his J.D. degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his B.A. degree from Florida State University.

Bryan J. Huntington
is an attorney with Larkin Hoffman Daly & Lindgren, Ltd. Mr. Huntington represents clients in the enforcement of their property rights. More specifically, he assists landowners and contractors in litigation and negotiation adversarial to governmental subdivisions and government agencies, including matters involving eminent domain, inverse condemnation, zoning and land use, administrative law, and payment and contract disputes. He has contributed to Bench & Bar, the official publication of the Minnesota State Bar Association, on a variety of real estate issues. Mr. Huntington earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, formerly Hamline University School of Law.

Ralph A. DeMeo
is Special Counsel in the Tallahassee office of Adams & Reese LLP, where he practices primarily environmental, land use, and administrative law. He represents businesses, landowners, individuals, and government entities throughout Florida and nationally in state and federal courts, before state and federal agencies, and in connection with legislative initiatives. Mr. DeMeo's practice covers environmental and land use matters, administrative proceedings, toxic torts, brownfields, contaminated site work, real estate due diligence, condemnation, energy and utility law, and animal law. He earned his B.A. and M.A. degrees from Stetson University and his J.D. degree from FSU Law. Mr. DeMeo is ranked by Chambers USA as a top-tier Recognized Practitioner in Environment: Florida; holds Martindale-Hubbell's AV-Preeminent 5.0 rating; and has been named to Best Lawyers in America, Florida Super Lawyers, Who's Who Legal of Florida, and the Lexology Index of top environment and climate change lawyers worldwide. He is the author of more than 35 law journal articles and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at FSU College of Law, Stetson College of Law, and Tallahassee State College.

Craig P. Colburn, Jr.
is of counsel with Arroyo | McArdle, where he focuses his practice on matters involving sustainable real estate development, environmental clean-up, green building, entitlements, and land use. He has been involved with the acquisition and redevelopment of numerous environmentally-challenged "brownfields" for major retail and shopping center projects throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Mr. Colburn was a founding director of the Young Professionals Group and IMPACT and is a director and volunteer in numerous civic and charitable causes including The Artist Series Concerts of Sarasota, where he currently serves as chairman of the Board of Trustees. He is also vice chairman of Suncoast Community Capital Corporation, a board member of the Downtown Sarasota Alliance, an active member of the Government Affairs Committees of the both the Gulf Coast Builders Exchange and the International Council of Shopping Centers, and he serves as a senior advisor to the Young Advocates for Sarasota. Mr. Colburn earned his B.A. degree from the University of Arizona and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh Law School. After focusing his legal career on real estate and land use law, his dedication to environmental issues and his community led him to put his knowledge to work as an attorney for Economic Recovery Group, where he helps clients navigate the BP Claims process.
