Julie H. Olds
is a solo practitioner in Spokane, Washington at the Law Office of Julie H. Olds, PLLC. Her practice areas include wills, trusts, probate, elder law, corporate, and not-for-profit law. Ms. Olds is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Spokane Estate Planning Counsel. She has a LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Florida School of Law.

Robert Taylor-Manning
practices at Northwest Elder Law Center, where his practice focuses on estate planning, and particularly on how to structure financial and legal matters to support client decisions regarding aging, incapacity, housing, and access to state and federal benefits. Mr. Taylor-Manning is an experienced presenter, having written and delivered accredited CLEs in New York, Illinois, Pennsylvania, California, Washington, as well as Canada. He is admitted to practice in Washington and is a member of the Washington Bar Association. Mr. Taylor-Manning earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Oregon; and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Washington, where he was a member of the Washington Law Review and the Moot Court Honor Board.

Kevin T. Steinacker
manages the small firm Steinacker Law PLLC in Puyallup. His practice emphasizes real property and probate, although he has many years of experience in civil litigation and contract disputes. He is a contributing author for the Washington Lawyer’s Practice Manual, published by the King County Bar Association; and the LexisNexis Practice Guide: Washington Real Estate Litigation. Mr. Steinacker earned his B.S. degree and J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University.
