Timothy J. Nault
is a litigator with the Spokane firm of Randall | Danskin, P.S. He generally practices in the areas of commercial law, trusts and estates and real property, although he has experience handling a broad variety of litigation matters arising in eastern Washington including class actions, municipal liability and appeals. Mr. Nault has represented the United States government and counties and cities throughout the region. He clerked for then-Chief Judge Rosanna Peterson of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington before beginning his practicing career. Originally from Alaska, Mr. Nault can often be found exploring the great outdoors.

Selby P. Brown
is a highly effective commercial trial and appellate lawyer, who is laser focused on understanding and advocating for her clients. Adept at handling bet-the-company cases, she focuses her practice on contract disputes, including those involving real estate, non-disclosure, financial, arbitration, purchase-and-sale, and services agreements. She has helped companies and high-net-worth individuals protect their interests in the technology, real estate, and financial sectors. Having started her legal career by clerking for federal judges at both the trial and appellate levels, she is highly skilled at maneuvering through procedural rules and quickly grasping her clients’ novel problems. In her private practice, she has developed a particularly strong record in cases with statutory and international components. She has repeatedly navigated the Foreign Sovereign Immunity Act (FSIA), and is adept at counseling clients through the procedural implications of multinational disputes, including those involving sovereigns and their instrumentalities. Ms. Brown is more than an accomplished litigator. She also provides strategic risk-management and litigation-prevention counsel to help clients see around corners and make effective decisions that achieve business objectives. At every step, her goal is clear and straightforward: to help clients resolve disputes quickly, cost-effectively and on their own terms. She is passionate about legal practice. Salvador A. Mungia
is a partner with the law firm Gordon Thomas Honeywell in their Tacoma, Washington office. He represents a variety of individuals in personal injury litigation, with an emphasis in medical malpractice; including nursing home negligence, wrongful death claims, and severe injuries; and also represents businesses in commercial, contractual and real property disputes. Mr. Mungia is a past president of the Washington State Bar Association, the Western States Bar Conference, the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association, and Legal Aid for Washington. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for the past seven years, and for the latest edition he was named a Best Lawyer in the fields of personal injury litigation for the plaintiffs, civil rights law, appellate practice, and commercial litigation. Mr. Mungia has been designated as a Super Lawyer by Washington Law and Politics and as a Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Washington State by The American Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and Litigation Counsel of America. Mr. Mungia has taught CLE courses on trial advocacy and skills for numerous organizations, including the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, the Washington State Bar Association, the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association, the Washington State Association for Justice, the Law Society of British Columbia, Litigation Counsel of America, and the Kessler-Eidson Program at Emory Law School. He graduated from Georgetown University Law Center with honors.

is an attorney with MDK Law, where she focuses her practice in the areas of contract law, health law, and business litigation. Ms. Faryabi is admitted to practice in Washington and California. She earned her B.S. and B.A. degrees from the University of Washington, her J.D. degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and her LL.M. degree in health law from the University of Washington.

Mark D. Kimball
is the founding shareholder of MDK Law, a firm emphasizing corporate, commercial, and property law and consulting in matters involving federal and international taxation. Mr. Kimball is admitted to practice in Washington, New York, and Texas. He is an adjunct professor of law at Eotvos Lorand and Masaryk universities in Europe, and has served as a law school guest lecturer at Seattle University School of Law. Mr. Kimball is also engaged as an expert witness in superior court cases involving limited liability companies and governance and other member issues. He earned his J.D. degree and LL.M. (taxation) degree from the University of Washington School of Law and also holds an LL.M. degree in transnational commercial practice from Europe.

Hathaway Burden
is an attorney at Summit Law Group in Seattle with a focus on commercial and employment litigation. Ms. Burden handles cases from inception through trial and appeal in state and federal courts. She has litigated cases on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters such as contracts and business torts, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge and breach of non-compete agreements, as well as intellectual property disputes. She is a member of the Washington State Bar and King County Bar Association. Ms. Burden received her BA, magna cum laude, from Hamilton College and her JD, with honors, from University of Washington School of Law.
