Samuel A. Marshall
is the founder of The Marshall Law Office, and is a Las Vegas estate planning attorney who primarily practices in the areas of estate planning, asset protection, probate, business formation, and providing legal advice and counsel to business owners. Before becoming a Las Vegas estate planning attorney, Mr. Marshall obtained his B.S. degree in business administration and management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and his J.D. degree from the University of Idaho, College of Law. During Law School, he excelled in the areas of wills, trusts, and estates, was a moot court finalist, and looked forward to becoming a Las Vegas estate planning attorney. During his summers, Mr. Marshall clerked for a Las Vegas estate planning firm, and served as an extern for the Eighth Judicial District Court under the Honorable Kenneth C. Cory.

Alexander G. LeVeque
is the managing partner with Solomon Dwiggins Freer Steadman LTD., where he focuses his practice on trust and real estate litigation. Mr. LeVeque regularly advises businesses and individuals (foreign and domestic), in complex disputes ranging from breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims, to fraud and embezzlement. He earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Indiana University and his J.D. degree, with honors (top third percentile), from Michigan State University College of Law. Mr. LeVeque presently serves as regional chair of the State Bar of Nevada's Fee Dispute Committee and is active in the Probate and Trust Section of the State Bar of Nevada. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Clark County Bar Association. Mr. LeVeque is admitted to practice in Nevada, U.S. District Court District of Nevada, U.S. Court of Appeals Ninth Circuit, Michigan and Arizona.

Craig D. Friedel
is an attorney with Solomon Dwiggins Freer Steadman LTD., where he focuses his practice in trust and estate litigation, and administration and business litigation. Mr. Friedel routinely represents heirs, beneficiaries, creditors, and private and professional fiduciaries involving all aspects of trusts and estates litigation, including breach of fiduciary duty, lack of mental capacity, undue influence, unjust enrichment, duress, fraud, conversion, and quiet title actions. He also has significant experience litigating trust and estate actions which involve complex financial issues, including those related to the allocation of investments, accounting discrepancies, valuation of businesses and other assets, improper distributions, sale of assets, estate and income taxes, etc. Mr. Friedel earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree, with honors (CALI Awards: Legal Writing, Transactional Drafting, and Statutory Interpretation and International & Comparative Human Rights Law Practicum in New Delhi, India), from William S. Boyd School of Law. He is a member of The Howard D. McKibbin American Inn of Court, American Bar Association (Real Property, Estate and Trust Section), State Bar of Nevada, and Clark County Bar Association. Mr. Friedel is admitted to practice in Nevada.
