is a senior attorney at The Foster Firm, LLC, located in Atlanta, Georgia. The Foster Firm, LLC specializes in automobile and motorcycle accidents, truck and tractor-trailer accidents, work injuries, slip and falls, dog bites, pedestrian impact cases, premises liability cases and negligent security cases. In addition to her senior level position, Ms. Mercy trains attorneys and law students to become legal observers. She also conducts "Know Your Rights" seminars all over the county to inform citizens of their constitutional rights when dealing with law enforcement. Moreover, Ms. Mercy is a regular legal commentator for Court TV. She is a member of the DeKalb Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, Haitian American Lawyers Association of Georgia, and Sister Care Alliance. After years of helping repeat bar takers pass the bar, Ms. Mercy launched Legal Upgrade. Legal Upgrade offers an extensive workshop on the essay portion of the Georgia bar exam. This program is designed to help students maximize their scores on the bar exam. In addition, Ms. Mercy is the proud co-founder of The Wellness and Justice Group, LLC; which provides services and products to businesses, communities and individuals who need qualified guidance, instruction, and encouragement to infuse wellness-based frameworks and strategies in their day-to-day lives and infrastructure. A wellness-based infrastructure is an infrastructure that is goals focused, fund or revenue generating, safe, just, diverse and healthy. They integrate every one of these very key components through group and individual consultations, assessments, trainings, and certifications. Ms. Mercy earned her B.A. degree from Howard University and her J.D. degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
