Christian C. Pearson
is an attorney with the Iddins Law Group in Kent, Washington. Mr. Pearson's practice areas include personal injury, estate planning, and criminal defense. He attended the University of Washington and Saint Martin's University, earning an undergraduate degree. Mr. Pearson earned his J.D. degree from the Seattle University School of Law and is a member in good standing of the Washington State Bar Association.

Martin J. Pujolar
is a shareholder at Forsberg & Umlauf, P.S. His practice areas include construction defect, general liability, personal injury, product liability, insurance coverage, employment, UIM, and insurer bad faith/extra contractual liability litigation. Mr. Pujolar is a member of the King County, Pierce County, Washington State, and District of Columbia bar associations; State Bar of Nevada; and the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Puget Sound and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law.

Geoffrey D. Swindler
is solo practitioner whose practice includes a broad range of civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury. He has represented clients in a wide range of personal injury cases, including, car accidents, products liability, intentional torts, and bad faith. Mr. Swindler earned his B.A. degree from the University of Washington, his M.A. degree from George Washington University, and his J.D. degree from Seattle University. Mr. Swindler is admitted to practice in Washington and Idaho state and federal courts.

Christine Hummel
is the president and founder of Hummel Consultation Services, a national legal consultation practice specializing in the application of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act to workers’ compensation, liability and no fault cases. She is an active attorney with licensure in the state of Colorado. With more than 19 years of experience in Medicare compliance, Ms. Hummel is a published author and popular speaker on a wide array of topics related to Medicare compliance. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Health Law Section) and the Colorado Bar Association. Her legal experience work includes Medicaid, probate and elder law. Ms. Hummel donates a significant amount of time volunteering with the Federal Park Service, giving presentations on the roles of women during the American War of Independence. She earned her B.S. degree from the University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law.

is an attorney with the law firm of Osborn Machler, PLLC, in Seattle. Mr. Neff practices in the areas of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death, medical malpractice, products liability, sexual abuse, and motor vehicle accidents. He received his undergraduate degree from the William O. Douglas Honors College at Central Washington University and his J.D. degree from the University of Washington School of Law. Mr. Neff is admitted to both the Oregon and Washington State Bars.
