is an attorney in the law firm of Rhoades & Erickson PLLC, in Missoula. Mr. Erickson focuses his practice on commercial and civil litigation, construction and real estate disputes, insurance disputes, probate, business and real estate negotiations and transactions, mediations, and civil appeals. He earned his B.S. and B.A. degrees from the University of Montana and his J.D. degree from Tulane University Law School. He is a member of the State Bar of Montana, the Western Montana Bar Association, the State Bar of New Mexico, and the American Bar Association (Litigation Section).
