Jeffrey Manganaro
is an attorney within the Concord, New Hampshire office of Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. Mr. Manganaro has spent more than nine years working with clients facing family issues, including divorce, the establishment of parentage, collecting and enforcing child support and alimony, crafting parenting plans, equitably dividing marital property, appointing guardians, modifying or enforcing family court orders, and negotiating or mediating resolutions outside of the courtroom. He is admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Mr. Manganaro earned his B.A. degree from Bowdoin College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from New England School of Law.

Andrew J. Piela
is of counsel at Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. in Nashua, New Hampshire. He focuses his practice on family law, probate litigation, civil litigation, and appellate work. Mr. Piela regularly appears in trial courts in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and also handles appeals before the New Hampshire Supreme Court and Massachusetts Court of Appeals. He earned his bachelor's degree from Boston College and his J.D. degree from Boston College Law School. Mr. Piela's professional and community involvement includes Batchelder Inns of Court, American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, Maine Bar Association and Nashua Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, and Federal District Court for New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Elizabeth A. Willhite
is a member of Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer PC's Litigation Practice group. She is an experienced litigator and family law attorney, focusing her practice on the litigation, negotiation and resolution of civil disputes involving businesses, individuals and insurance carriers. Ms. Willhite also handles various land use, environmental and family law matters. Prior to joining the firm, she served as chief operating officer for a boutique senior advocacy firm and was the owner of a law practice offering a wide range of legal services for clients in Vermont and New Hampshire. Ms. Willhite is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association. She earned her bachelor's degree from Purdue University and her M.S.E.L. and J.D. degrees from Vermont Law School. Ms. Willhite is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Vermont and U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire.

is an attorney with Shaheen & Gordon, P.A., with a practice focused on navigating families through conflict. She assists families in contested probate and family law matters, including guardianships, divorce, parenting issues, and trust litigation. Ms. Annunziata earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Quinnipiac University and her J.D. degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She is a member of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (New Hampshire Board Member 2015-2019) and a founding member of Concord, NH Chapter, Women’s Business League. Ms. Annunziata is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

David C. Tencza
is an attorney at McLane Middleton, primarily working with clients on family law and criminal related matters. Prior to his time at McLane Middleton, Mr. Tencza worked for a smaller Nashua law firm and served as a Superior Court prosecutor in the Hillsborough County Attorney’s Office for ten years. In his capacity as a prosecutor, he was an original member of the Hillsborough County Superior Court Adult Drug Court team and prosecuted a variety of felony level offenses, including assaults, thefts, the possession and sale of drugs and computer related crimes. Mr. Tencza earned his bachelor's degree from Saint Anselm College and his J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School. He is currently president of Nashua Bar Association. Mr. Tencza is admitted to practic law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
