Speaker bio
William V. Morrison
is a partner at Goldberg Segalla, where he represents a wide variety of employers, insurers, and carriers in workers' compensation matters throughout New York. He is involved in every stage of the claims process, from inception through resolution, including all aspects of negotiation, litigation, contract management, mediation, hearings, and depositions. Mr. Morrison is a member of New York State Bar Association and National Association of Disability Representatives, and is involved with Shawangunk Fish and Game Association. He earned his B.S. degree from Appalachian State University and his J.D. degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Mr. Morrison is admitted to practice in New York and U.S. District Court for the Southern, Eastern and Northern districts of New York.

David A. D'Agostino
is a partner in the Syracuse law firm of Smith Sovik Kendrick & Sugnet, P.C., where he heads their workers' compensation defense group, in addition to his responsibilities defending general liability and construction matters. Mr. D'Agostino earned his B.A. degree in political science from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. degree from the Syracuse University Law School. He is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association, Workers' Compensation Section.

is an associate at Faruqi & Faruqi LLP's New York office, where her practice is focused on employment litigation and she is also experienced in personal injury litigation. Prior to joining Faruqi & Faruqi LLP, Ms. Petrovic was an associate at a prominent New York firm where she represented injured individuals regarding their rights. She earned her Master's in Law (LL.M.) from Fordham University, where she received The Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award. Ms. Petrovic earned her J.D. degree from the University of Belgrade, Serbia; and is admitted to the New York State Bar and the Bar of Serbia.

Ms. Sibley assists clients with all stages of litigation, from inception through resolution. She draws on previous experience as in-house counsel at a multi-national luxury fashion holding company, where she handled a broad spectrum of employment and litigation matters. Ms. Sibley is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association. She earned her B.S. degree from University of Miami and her J.D. degree from University of Florida Levin College of Law. Ms. Sibley is admitted to practice law in New York.
