Jeff H. Capell
is the hearing examiner for the city of Tacoma. Previously, he was a deputy city attorney with the city of Tacoma and a senior assistant city attorney with the city of Bellingham, Washington. Prior to his Washington municipal work, Mr. Capell was an in-house counsel with Albertson’s, Inc., Kia Motors, Corp., and SK Corp. He earned his B.A. and M.A. degrees from Brigham Young University, and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Seattle University School of Law. Mr. Capell has extensive experience in the areas of land use, real estate, contract, construction, and general municipal law, and is admitted to practice in, and is a member of the state bars of Washington and Idaho.

Lawrence S. Glosser
is a partner with Ahlers Cressman & Sleight PLLC. He is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of real estate transactions and financing. Mr. Glosser brings his past entrepreneurial experience to the practice of law, enabling him to understand both the legal and business issues presented in each transaction. He assists clients with understanding and evaluating legal issues associated with real estate and business transactions, enabling clients to analyze risk, and make informed business decisions. Mr. Glosser graduated, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Washington and before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington.

Carmen R. Rowe
is the owner of Gryphon Law Group PS, with offices in Seattle, Lacey and Chehalis. She has focused her practice on real property, business and probate. Ms. Rowe's work with real property includes easements, adverse possession and other boundary disputes, purchase and sale agreements, leases, association work, agriculture, timber, water, and related insurance. She focuses on practical resolutions, while bringing strong litigation and appellate history with several published appellate decisions on key property issues. Ms. Rowe is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University and Columbia Law School (with a certificate in international law), both with honors.

Bruce G. Rosen
is the founding member of Real Estate Counselors, PLLC, located in Washington D.C. His practice is concentrated in commercial real estate transactions, including office and retail leasing, acquisitions and sales of commercial properties, secured lending, and joint ventures. Mr. Rosen also has experience in creditors' rights and commercial bankruptcy matters. He earned his B.B.A. degree and his J.D. degree, with distinction, from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. Mr. Rosen is a member of the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania bars. Before founding Real Estate Counselors, PLLC, he was an attorney with the law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld. Mr. Rosen is the author of "When Office Landlords Lease to Retail Tenants," published in the Practical Real Estate Lawyer.
