Richard Bier
is an attorney at law. He concentrates his practice on corporate transactions, commercial and residential real estate, real estate acquisition and development, commercial leasing (office and industrial properties), real estate financing and tax, business, and estate planning. Mr. Bier handles commercial leasing for office and industrial properties. He is a specialist in the area of family business law and planning and provides the family-held business with a full range of legal services and business, tax and planning services. Mr. Bier has represented sponsors and building owners in connection with all phases of the process of converting residential and commercial properties to condominium status, including property acquisition, tax, financing, and regulatory compliance. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association (member, Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section) and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Bier earned his B.A. degree from Tufts University and his J.D. degree from St. John's University School of Law.

James D. Reddy
is a sole practitioner in Lindenhurst, New York (Suffolk County), where his main areas of practice are trusts and estates, real property, and family law, mostly in the litigation area, both at the trial level and appellate level. Mr. Reddy has litigated numerous deed contests, will contests, trust litigations, divorces, child custody disputes, and other related matters over the past two decades. He has presented many seminars for National Business Institute in the areas of estate planning, and recently presented an National Business Institute seminar on complex custody and support issues. Mr. Reddy earned his B.S.B.A. degree from Georgetown University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law.

Alexandra B. Locke
is an attorney with Barclay Damon LLP. She concentrates her practice on handling commercial real estate and lending matters for clients ranging from large, multi-state, and international corporations and commercial real estate developers to specialized small businesses and energy providers. Ms. Locke negotiates, drafts and reviews purchase and sale documents, lease agreements, and other site-control and land-use documents, and provides legal guidance on issues involving construction and property management. She handles loan closings from both lender and borrower perspectives, as well as purchases and sales from both buyer and seller perspectives. Ms. Locke has experience handling retail lease negotiations, interest rate swaps, mortgage consolidation agreements and mortgage assignments, title and survey due diligence review, and other relevant documents related to real property and lease acquisitions and financings. She is a member of the Onondaga County and New York State bar associations. Ms. Locke earned her B.A. degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz and her J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law.
