is the managing partner of Matthew Lundy Law - QDRO Law, a multi-jurisdictional QDRO law firm. He is licensed to practice law in Florida, Georgia, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Lundy has a great deal of experience in analyzing and interpreting state and federal law related to retirement account division in family law cases, including but not limited to the Internal Revenue Code and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. He has written several articles on the subjects of retirement account division and the use of QDROs and similar orders in family law cases that have been published both state and nationwide. In addition, Mr. Lundy also has lectured on the subject of retirement account division to judges, family law practitioners, and other family law professionals throughout the country. As an attorney with a background in both family law and dividing retirement accounts specifically, he has developed a unique understanding of both the legal and mechanical issues related to retirement account division. Mr. Lundy’s clients consist of both individual (non-attorney) clients and attorneys. Clients seek his counsel as a means to not only accurately address legal issues related to retirement accounts, but also to advise on and execute the most practical means of expeditiously resolving retirement account issues. Mr. Lundy has also spearheaded a movement to discourage the unlicensed practice of law in the context of QDRO preparation, as a means of protecting the public at large and to ensure that clients get the best and most complete service possible. This has included lecturing and writing articles on the topic of UPL, as well as seeking advisory opinions from at least one state bar association clarifying the bars position on this particular topic. He earned his B.A. degree from Duke University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law.

is an attorney with Parker Bryan Family Law, where his practice areas include equitable distribution of property (including QDROs), premarital agreements, separation agreements, absolute divorce, child custody, child support, and alimony. Mr. Holm drafts QDROs for his own clients and for other attorneys that seek his assistance, and has drafted over 300 domestic relations orders. He served as president of the Wake County NC Bar Association in 2021. Mr. Holm is a past chair of the North Carolina Bar Association Family Law Section. He has been a board-certified specialist in family law since 2006. Mr. Holm earned his B.A. degree from North Carolina State University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.
