Khristie L. Kelly
is the managing attorney of Jones & Kelly Legal Services, LLC in Calhoun GA. She practices in the areas of Real Estate Litigation, Closings, Probate and Civil Litigation. She has been practicing more than 23 years. Ms. Kelly earned her B.S. in Paralegal Studies from the University of Memphis and later her J.D. degree also from The University of Memphis - Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.

Alan P. Fox
is an attorney with Capehart & Scatchard, P.A. He is chair of Capehart Scatchard’s alternative energy group, representing clients in various sectors including shopping centers, public and private schools, retail, office buildings, warehouses, farming and residential properties. Mr. Fox has experience handling transactions related to photovoltaic solar powered electricity production systems including PPA, obtaining permits and approvals for utility scale projects in southern New Jersey, and solar systems for owners of industrial and commercial properties. Additionally, he serves as co-chair of the firm’s real estate and land use group, and is a shareholder in its commercial litigation, and business and tax groups. Mr. Fox's 35+ years of experience in these areas includes presenting land use applications before planning/zoning boards, and litigating zoning matters at the trial and appellate levels, serving as solicitor to the Riverside Township Planning and Zoning boards for eight years, protecting creditors' rights, and performing as outside general counsel for various private companies with local, regional and national needs. He earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers College and his J.D. degree from California Western School of Law. Mr. Fox is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the districts of New Jersey, and Western and Eastern Pennsylvania.

Bryant E. Parker
is an attorney with AMK Law, LLC and captive counsel for Block Real Estate Services, where he represents commercial and residential real estate developers throughout Kansas and Missouri. He specializes in assisting clients throughout the Wichita and Kansas City metropolitan areas with real estate transactional and development matters, including obtaining public development incentives and the necessary zoning and government approvals required to develop and use land. Mr. Parker has represented local and regional units of government throughout the state of Kansas, including the Wichita Area Metropolitan Planning Organization; the cities of Bel Aire, Cheney, Goddard, Manhattan and Viola, Kansas; Oaklawn Public Improvement District; and Kansas Local Area Workforce Investment Boards 1, 4 and 5. While his duties have encompassed every aspect of municipal representation, his emphasis has always been real estate transactions, planning, zoning, the development process, city growth and economic development. Mr. Parker earned his J.D. degree from Washburn School of Law, his LL.M. degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Law, and his S.J.D. (Doctor of Law) degree studying land use regulation across America through the University of Kansas School of Law.

is an attorney with Swanson Bernard, LLC, where he practices in the areas of construction, land use, church, commercial litigation, business, contract, employment, probate litigation, appellate practice, transportation and corporate law. He is admitted to practice in Kansas, Missouri, and before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Claims, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Tenth circuits, and the U.S. District Court for the districts of Missouri and Kansas. Mr. Freeman is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan, Kansas and American bar associations; as well as The Missouri Bar. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
