is an attorney with Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP, where she centers her business and real estate practice on real property sales and acquisitions, easements and property development matters, and contracts for various needs, including commercial leasing, construction, entity formation and governance, financing, employment and licensing. Ms. Mullinix is admitted to practice in California. She is a member of the Santa Barbara County Bar Association. Ms. Burns earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of California at Berkeley and her J.D. degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.

Donald H. Latzer
is a partner in the Law Offices of Latzer & Fleming in Citrus Heights, California. He focuses his practice on all aspects of family law, including guardianships and adoptions. Mr. Latzer is a certified legal specialist in family law by the State Bar of California. He is licensed to practice in California, as well as Iowa (inactive). Mr. Latzer earned his B.A. degree from California State University, Northridge and his J.D. degree from the University of LaVerne.
