M. Geoffrey G. Jones
is managing partner in the Everett firm of Newton Kight LLP. He has a general practice, concentrating primarily in the area of elder law and guardianships. Mr. Jones' practice emphasizes probate, guardianship and estate planning, and other areas relating to elder law. He previously worked as an assistant attorney general for the Washington State Attorney General's Office in Olympia, where he represented several state agencies in civil matters, including the Department of Employment Security, Department of General Administration and Department of Information Systems. Mr. Jones is a member of the Washington State Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from The Evergreen State College and his J.D. degree from the University of Oregon.

Brian G. Isaacson
is a sole practitioner in Seattle at Isaacson Law Firm. He is a member of the Academy of Attorney-CPAs, whose practice focuses on IRA planning, estate and trust tax planning and controversy, and Medicaid benefits planning. Mr. Isaacson is the co-author of a handbook titled, Protect Your IRA, Avoid the 5 Common Mistakes. He earned his B.A. degree from St. Martin's College, his J.D. degree from Seattle University School of Law and his LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Denver.

is a solo practitioner in Spokane, Washington at the Law Office of Julie H. Olds, PLLC. Her practice areas include wills, trusts, probate, elder law, corporate and not for profit law. Ms. Olds is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Spokane Estate Planning Counsel. She has a LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Florida School of Law.

Amber K. Quintal
is a member of Ogden Murphy Wallace P.L.L.C. She is in the firm's Business Department and Tax Practice Group. Ms. Quintal's practice includes federal, state and local taxation; general business for public and private sector clients; and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, professionals and business owners. Her practice encompasses tax efficient planning for individuals and businesses throughout the entire business lifecycle, defending taxpayers before both the IRS and the Washington Department of Revenue in audits and administrative appeals, wealth transfer planning for high-net-worth individuals and business owners, and tax-exempt organization advice and planning. Ms. Quintal's clients include high-net-worth individuals; business owners; professionals and key employees; closely held corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies; municipalities; and tax-exempt entities including hospitals, schools, other public charities and private foundations. Since 2014, she has also taught Federal Tax Research and Writing as a part-time lecturer for the University of Washington School of Law Graduate Tax Program (LL.M.), and Federal Tax Research and Decision Making for the Golden Gate University Masters in the Taxation Program. Ms Quintal is a member of the Washington State and American bar associations, and the Estate Planning Council of Seattle.
