Julie D. Eisenhower
is a partner with TriAmicus Law, PLLC, in Knoxville, TN. She practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, probate, conservatorships, elder law, family law, appellate law, civil litigation and serves as an administrator ad litem and fiduciary for many estates. Ms. Eisenhower is a Master Certified Estate Planner® through the National Institute of Certified Estate Planners. Ms. Eisenhower earned an A.A. degree in history from Pellissippi State Technical Community College, summa cum laude, and a B.A. degree in history, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee. She earned her J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Ms. Eisenhower is currently a candidate for an LLM in Elder Law and Estate Planning through the Western New England University School of Law.

Mitchell I. Lansky
is a member of the Lansky Law Firm in Memphis. He has practiced for more than 30 years, mainly in the areas of estate planning, elder law and corporate/transactional law. Mr. Lansky earned his B.S.B.A. degree from the University of Florida, his J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law - Samford University and his LL.M. degree in taxation from Washington University. He is also a member of Lawyers With Purpose, a collection of attorneys throughout the U.S. focusing in elder law. Mr. Lansky speaks often to diverse groups concerning estate planning, and especially elder law.

is an attorney at Votre & Associates, P.C. He practices commercial litigation, taxation, tax litigation, international business litigation, legal malpractice, and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Votre earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Bridgeport, as well as his J.D. degree, magna cum laude. He earned his LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Bridgeport and his LL.M. degree in international and comparative law from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Votre is admitted to practice law in Connecticut; New York; U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut; U.S. Tax Court; U.S. Court of Appeals, Federal and Second circuits; U.S. Court of International Trade; U.S. Supreme Court; and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois.

is an attorney and certified financial planner in Rochester, Michigan. His areas of practice include estate planning, wills and trusts, special needs trusts, and guardian/conservatorships. Mr. DelPup prepares and implements comprehensive estate plans for the protection and transfer of assets during lifetime and after death. He is admitted to practice in Michigan. Mr. DelPulp earned his B.S. degree from the University of Detroit and his J.D. degree from the University of Detroit School of Law.

Neal B. Jannol
is a sole practitioner in Los Angeles at the Law Office of Neal B. Jannol. He has been an attorney for more than 20 years, and concentrates his practice on sophisticated estate and tax planning for individual clients, the representation of individual and corporate fiduciaries, and the administration of estates and trusts. Mr. Jannol's experience includes drafting revocable and irrevocable trusts, business succession planning, premarital planning, charitable gift planning, and all aspects of estate administration and probate procedures. He is a member of the State Bar of California. Mr. Jannol earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California at Los Angeles; and his J.D. degree from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law.

Spiro J. Verras
is the founding attorney and president of Verras Law, P.A., which maintains locations in Palm Harbor, St. Petersburg and Tampa. His current practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trusts, elder law, guardianships, corporate and commercial transactions. Mr. Verras is active in bar organizations, including the Clearwater Bar Association and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law, Elder Law, and Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law sections of The Florida Bar; the Trusts, Estate, Probate & Immovable Property Law Section of the Louisiana State Bar Association; and the Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law and LGBT Law sections of the State Bar of Texas. In addition to his state bar memberships, he has been admitted to practice in local and federal district courts, U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Verras is also a member of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He earned his B.A. degree from Yale University and his J.D. degree from Tulane Law School.
