Ronald Fatoullah
is the principal of the New York based law firm of Ronald Fatoullah & Associates, where he practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning, Medicaid planning, trusts, wills, guardianships, and estate administration. Mr. Fatoullah is the past president of the New York Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section of the New York State Bar Association, served on the Executive Council of AARP New York, and served as the chair of the Board of the Alzheimer’s Association Long Island Chapter for 10 years. Mr. Fatoullah. He is a fellow of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Fatoullah earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo; and his J.D. degree from St. John's University School of Law.

Debby Rosenfeld
is an attorney with Ronald Fatoullah & Associates, where she practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning and real estate. Ms. Rosenfeld is admitted to practice in New York. She lectures as well as writes articles on various elder law issues for both attorneys and laypeople. Ms. Rosenfeld earned her B.A. degree from Barnard College of Columbia University and her J.D. degree from New York University School of Law. She is a member of the New York State and Nassau County bar associations.

Arthur E. White
is the principal attorney of Elverson White LLC, where he represents and advises clients in matters involving federal and state taxation, estate planning, probate and trust administration, probate litigation, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and tax exempt non-profit organizations. His tax practice focuses on estate taxation, gift taxation, generation skipping transfer taxation, and federal and state income taxation (individual, corporate, partnership and fiduciary). Mr. White enjoys preparing and overseeing the filing of United States estate tax returns and representing clients before the IRS, state departments of revenue, and federal courts. Specifically, he has assisted tax clients before the IRS audit, collections and appeals divisions; U.S. Tax Court; federal district court, and the Departments of Revenue for Kentucky and South Carolina. Mr. White also assists clients in submitting requests for innocent spouse relief and lien release and/or satisfactions, and has represented clients in filing back tax returns and thereafter working out payment arrangements with the IRS (offer in compromises or installment agreements). He earned his B.A. degree in political science, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame; and his J.D. degree from his hometown school, the University of South Carolina School of Law. After law school, he earned his LL.M. degree from the University of Florida. Mr. White is admitted to practice law in the states of Kentucky and South Carolina.
