William R. Baldwin, III
is a member of the Richmond, Virginia firm of Meyer Baldwin Long & Moore LLP. While he maintains a general business practice, his primary focus has been in commercial litigation, with extensive corporate, debtor-creditor, landlord-tenant, Uniform Commercial Code, real estate, foreclosure and fraud experience. Mr. Baldwin is admitted to practice in Virginia and before the U.S. Supreme Court, Virginia Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and U.S. District and Bankruptcy courts for the Eastern and Western districts of Virginia. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and Richmond Bar Association. Mr. Baldwin earned his B.S. degree from the United States Military Academy and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Washington & Lee University School of Law. He was law clerk to Hon. H.E. Widener, Jr., U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Jonathan E. Raulston
is a partner with the law firm of Engel Hairston Raulston Brown, PC in Birmingham, Alabama. His practice is concentrated in the areas of creditors' rights, bankruptcy, foreclosure, collections and commercial litigation. Mr. Raulston is a member of the Alabama State Bar, Birmingham Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Commercial Law League of America. He earned his J.D. and B.S. degrees from the University of Alabama.

Robert C. Meyer
is a sole practitioner in Miami, where he focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and taxation. A former adjunct professor teaching bankruptcy taxation in the LL.M. taxation program at the University of Miami Law School, he has written and co-written a number of publications, including "Accelerated Payment in Chapter 13 = Modification," The Florida Bar Journal, Nov. 2011, Vol 85, No. 9; "Bankruptcy Service of Process is Complex and Confusing," NABTalk, Fall 2012, Volume 28, No. 3; and "Divorce Issues in Bankruptcy Often Make Handling Divorce Matters Advantageous," ABI Committee News (Consumer Bankruptcy Committee), February 2017. Mr. Meyer earned his B.A. degree from Grinnell College and his J.D. and LL.M. degrees from the University of Miami. He is a member of the Coral Gables, Miami-Dade County, and American bar associations; The Florida Bar (member, sections on Business and Tax); the Association of Trial Lawyers of America; the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida; the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees; the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys; and the American Bankruptcy Institute.

Russell D. Kornblut
is the managing partner of Cardenas, Ruple & Kurt, LLC, a Cleveland based law firm with a strong focus on creditor's rights. He has extensive experience in mortgage banking, real estate, financial institution, bankruptcy, foreclosure, regulatory, and employment law trial and litigation. Mr. Kornblut has participated as lead panelist at both the U.S. Foreclosure Network and the Mortgage Bankers Association of America national conferences, and lectured on various mortgage banking, regulatory, real estate, bankruptcy, predatory lending, class actions, and litigation related issues. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, The Florida Bar, and the Ohio and Cleveland Mortgage Bankers Association. Mr. Kornblut earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.

James W. Sandy
is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer who represents individuals, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies in all aspects of civil and commercial litigation. Financial services companies of varying sizes have engaged Mr. Sandy based on his significant experience handling complex class action disputes in state and federal courts, in matters with financial exposure reaching seven figures. His primary focus is on assisting and advising national mortgage servicing companies, auto finance companies, banks, and small businesses in cases involving federal and state regulatory matters, arbitrations, consumer complaints filed with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and state and federal lawsuits. Mr. Sandy regularly defends lawsuits brought under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act and other state UDAAP laws, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and Truth in Lending Act (TILA) in both state and federal courts. He also assists mortgage and auto finance clients with compliance matters, including protecting consumer data and privacy, as well as navigating the various complicated state regulatory regimes at play in the financial services context. Mr. Sandy is an experienced appellate advocate, having handled more than 80 appellate matters. He has delivered oral arguments before all 12 state appellate courts in Ohio, as well as before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Sandy also advises clients on general corporate and business matters including entity formation, corporate governance, and vendor and service agreements.

Richard J. Sykora
is an attorney with McGlinchey Stafford PLLC in the Cleveland office. He advocates for mortgage loan servicers, banks, and others in complex real estate actions, alleged violations of state and federal statutes, and asset recovery. Mr. Sykora works under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act and other state UDAAP laws, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and Truth in Lending Act (TILA). He has experience handling cases from inception through trial. Mr. Sykora is a member of the Cleveland Bar Association and Ohio State Bar Association. He earned his B.S. degree from Hilbert College and his J.D. degree from University of Akron School of Law.
