Speaker bio
Jordann Wilhelm
is an associate at Radey Law Firm, where she practices in the areas of labor and employment law, commercial litigation, and corporate and business law. In her labor and employment practice, Ms. Wilhelm routinely advises management regarding all phases of the employment relationship including hiring, wage and hour, discipline, severance, and termination concerns. She also advises employers regarding day-to-day concerns including COVID-19 regulations, employee manuals, and policies and procedures. Ms. Wilhelm represents both public and private sector employers in all forms of employment-related litigation including, breach of non-competition agreements, trade secret concerns, Fair Labor Standards Act litigation and the defense of race, disability, gender discrimination/sexual harassment, and retaliation claims. She also handles general commercial litigation in state, federal, and appellate courts regarding a variety of disputes including contract law, business torts, and trade secret litigation. Ms. Wilhelm is a member of the Tallahassee Bar Association and William H. Stafford Chapter of the American Inn of Court. She earned her B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from Florida State University and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law. Ms. Wilhelm is licensed to practice law in Florida.

Lindsey B. McGaha-Murray
is a solo practitioner at her firm McGaha-Murray Law, where she focuses on general practice. Ms. McGaha-Murray earned her a B.S. degree in criminal justice from Western Carolina University and her J.D. degree from Charlotte School of Law. She is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, and is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and US District Court in the Western District of North Carolina.

Leslie K. Eason
is the co-managing partner of the Atlanta office, the office managing partner of the Birmingham office, and the office managing partner of the Jackson office of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, where she has a national litigation practice focusing on employment law, torts and products liability, and commercial disputes. Her employment practice centers on assisting corporate entities with all aspects of employment-related business operations. This includes the creation and implementation of policies and procedure, training for staff and supervisors, administrative investigations, mediation, litigation, trial and appeal. Ms. Eason also represents clients against wage-and-hour claims, discrimination claims, and disability claims. She is a member of the Atlanta Legal Aid Society, Gordon & Rees African-American Affinity Group, Gordon & Rees Diversity Committee, Gordon & Rees Women's Initiative, Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, Law360 Employment Editorial Board, and Leadership Georgia. Ms. Eason earned her B.S. degree from Vanderbilt University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law.

Daniel T. Price
is an associate at Roedel Parsons Blache Fontana Piontek & Pisano in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. His legal practice is focused on business and commercial litigation, employment law defense, trademark registrations and disputes, and simple successions. Mr. Price also assists the firm in its representation of several clients that frequently appear before the Louisiana Public Service Commission in connection with various energy and telecommunications regulatory matters. He received his B.A. from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and his J.D./D.C.L. from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Mr. Price is a member of Louisiana State Bar Association and Baton Rouge Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and before the U.S. District Court Middle and Eastern Districts of Louisiana.
