Adam J. Lyke
is a partner with Zangari Cohn Cuthbertson Dhul & Grello P.C., where he represents employers in employment law and litigation, including wage and hour, breach of contract, wrongful termination, discrimination, and sexual harassment matters. Mr. Lyke also advises private and public sector clients and represents employers in a broad range of workplace matters. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association. Mr. Lyke earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Saint Joseph's University; and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law.

Jeff Weintraub
is Senior Counsel in the Memphis office of the management-side employment and labor firm Fisher & Phillips LLP. Mr. Weintraub represents employers in jury trials involving employment discrimination, harassment, whistleblower lawsuits, FLSA collective actions, and labor cases in all courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court and government agencies such as the EEOC and the NLRB. He is licensed in Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas and Missouri. Mr. Weintraub teaches the labor and employee relations segment in SHRM’s HR Certification Course, and trains supervisors in such matters around the U.S. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Memphis and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis School of Law.

Chastity L. Christy
is an attorney with Lazzaro Law Firm, LLC, where she represents individual employees and groups of employees in wage and hour cases, collective actions, and class actions, including claims brought pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Ms. Christy has dedicated her 20 years of practice to representing employees in various discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour cases. She has litigated hundreds of cases on behalf of employees in various state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations, in front of the Ohio State Personnel Board of Review, Ohio Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Ohio. Ms. Christy earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Clarion University of Pennsylvania; and her J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

Jack R. Wallace
is a partner with Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP. He is an experienced litigator of labor and employment cases, with experience defending employers against nearly every type of employment-related lawsuit from small scale breach of contract actions to large multi-party discrimination and retaliation cases, as well as cases involving constitutional claims and tort claims. Mr. Wallace also represents employers before state and federal enforcement agencies, including the handling of wage and hour investigations and audits conducted by the U.S. Department of Labor and discrimination investigations conducted by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The defense of class/collective actions under the FLSA and related state laws are a growing part of Mr. Wallace's practice. He is an experienced speaker and presenter on labor and employment law topics for HR professionals and business owners. Mr. Wallace earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida; and his J.D. degree from the University of Florida, College of Law.

Brooke B. Nevels
is an attorney with Webb Law Group, APC. She has been with the firm since 2013. Ms. Nevels represents employees and employers involved in employment matters, including class action lawsuits and PAGA claims, breach of contract disputes, real property disputes, and other business-related matters. She is a graduate of San Diego State University and received her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Ms. Nevels is admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern and Northern districts of California. She is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association.
